Part 49 The culprit

Akash was trying from all directions to reach Arnav. He contacted all the dealers and agents of AR in Mumbai but no one knew about Arnav's arrival that made Akash worried. Though Arnav didn't have close friends he has a big friends circle in the business field. Akash didn't know who sent the photos and the recording to him and he didn't know how many persons have the photos. What if anyone says Arnav about Bolinath and his plan of killing him? Akash wanted to tell Arnav before anyone took lead. He didn't want Arnav to misunderstand him but how to reach him? Arnav never switches his mobile off except one time. His mobile was unreachable when he met with an accident. Don't know why he is keeping his mobile switched off.

"Bhai said he is going to Mumbai for a deal. Then why did he switch his mobile off?" Akash murmured.

Whatever... he has to do something before the matter reaches Arnav's ear. He couldn't tolerate if Arnav suspects him. Akash came to the conclusion and decided what to do.

Bolinath Villa

Bolinath stood from the couch, seeing Payal throwing some photographs on him. He got horrified, seeing the photos. He understood that when the photographs could be captured. He gulped down hard, seeing Payal so wrathful. He composed himself.

"From where did you get these photos, Payal? It seems new to me. I have never seen them..." Bolinath said casually.

Payal ran the recording she got, making Bolinath speechless.

"Why are you silent now? Give some excuse for this recording too..." she shouted.

"This is not true, Payal..." Bolinath tried to make her believe.

"Stop it, Dad... I'm not a kid to trust your words... why do you doing this? Why the hell did you try to kill Arnavji?"

"For you're and Akash's betterment... until Arnav is alive, Akash won't get recognized. He would be a servant of his brother. Why would he? What's necessary to work for Arnav when he is capable to rule the empire?"

"I can't believe this... who is making a decision about who's an empire? Who are you to conclude about Arnavji's property? It's his hard work... no one could stand... not even Akash..."

"Don't be stupid Payal. We should not miss the chance when we have a chance to rule the empire"

"What do you mean by CHANCE? Chance to kill Arnavji?"

Bolinath was silent.

"I'm shocked, Dad... I didn't expect my father could be a murderer. Do you know what have you caused in my family? Do you know how broken Akash was when Arnavji met with an accident? Akash didn't even eat properly..."

"What did he gain being lovable to his brother?"

Before Payal answered to him, they heard,

"Why would I tell you that?"

They saw Akash standing wrathfully. Payal bowed down, seeing him.

"What did you ask? What I gained being loveable to my brother? Being lovable to my brother is what I gained... a cruel man like you won't understand that..."

"Akash..."

"Just stop it... you have lost the respect I had in my heart for you... you are cheap..."

"Akash, please... I did everything for you"

"Who the hell asked you to do that? Who gave you the right to do that? who are you to make a decision in our lives? Did you think I'm impotent?"

Bolinath looked down whereas Payal spilled tears.

"How dare you try to kill my brother? What do you think? I will appreciate your cheapest act? What do you know about my brother? He is the pillar of our family. Because of him, our family got the reputation in this society. He never had been selfish... he is the one who always protected us keeping us under his wings..."

"Akash..."

"Enough... I can't bear this stupidity of yours. I can't lose my brother's trust..."

Bolinath gulped down. Akash looked at Payal.

"I thought you too with your father... thank God, I heard your talks with your father but, I don't know how will you react to my action but I least care how you react to it"

Payal looked at him bewildered whereas Bolinath with confusion. His confusion got cleared, seeing police entering in. As Bolinath didn't expect that, he was shocked but Payal didn't. There was nothing to be shocked about as she knew Akash would definitely do that. This is what she feared. She knew this will happen if Akash get to know the truth.

"Mr. Akash Singh Raizada has been filed a complaint against you that you tried to kill his brother..." the inspector said.

"No, inspector...it's a misunderstanding..." Bolinath pleaded with Akash through his eyes.

Akash turned his gaze to Payal.

"If you are dissatisfied with my act, please be with your mother, Payal. Don't enter RM with any dirty act because from here on, we will be under Bhai's radar. So, don't be a fool to plan anything to revenge us"

Payal was shocked, hearing that.

"What are you talking, Akash? How could you think of me doing that? I too love our family... I love you more than anything... how could I hurt you by doing such things?" Payal asked him.

Akash was silent.

"We already arrested the remaining people who were in the midnight meeting," The inspector said.

"Thank you, inspector," Akash said.

Bolinath was more shocked hearing that. Everyone got arrested. What will he do now? There is no one to apply bail for him. Not that no one... no one dares to do it going against Arnav. From here on, Arnav will be more cautious and will keep everyone under his sight, as Akash said.

Bolinath was taken to the police station. He went silently with the police as he understood that he could not get help from Akash. Akash walked out silently. Payal clutched his hand.

"Don't you trust me, Akash?"

"Because of your father, I have lost my trust in everyone, Payal... I got to know people would backstab their beloved ones for their own benefits..."

"Do you think I could do that to you?" she asked helplessly.

"It will be better if we don't talk about it" Akash walked off Bolinath Villa. Payal followed him helplessly.

The matter of Bolinath's arrest got spread all over the Fashion world and also in Delhi. Raizadas were shocked to the core, knowing that Bolinath was the one who planned Arnav's accident. They were more shocked knowing that Akash was the one who handed him to the police.

Manorama came to Akash's room. he saw him sitting distressed.

"Akash bituwa..."

"Mom... please don't ask me any hurtful question... I know nothing about the ploy" Akash said with teary eyes.

"I know... what you had done is a good one. Otherwise, we would have left with no solution to prove ourselves" She said, feeling relieved.

"Did Bhai call anybody?"

"No... don't know why Arnav Bituwa switched his mobile off. No one knows where he is"

"He might have known about the truth; I suppose," Akash said.

"Maybe... don't know what he is thinking of us," Manorama said helplessly.

"Let him come... I will ask him what he thinks of me" he said rightfully.

Manorama nodded yes.

Rohan rushed to Arnav.

"ASR"

"Yeah..."

"Bolinath and his partners in crime got arrested for plotting your accident."

"When?"

"An hour ago"

"Akash was the one who filed the complaint against them," Rohan said with a mild smile.

"Is it?"

Rohan nodded yes. A satisfactory smile crept on Arnav's face. Thank God, Akash is not with Bolinath. He stood from the couch.

"I'm leaving," Arnav said.

Rohan was about to say something,

"Akash would be guilty... he needs me"

Rohan nodded yes.

"NK, you too come with me... be with me until my wedding"

Arnav looked at Rohan.

"You too come to my wedding..."

Rohan nodded ok cheerfully.

Arnav and NK started to RM.
