The Queen has today been pleased to confer a Dukedom on Prince Frederick of Wales. His titles will be Duke of Cumberland, Earl of Kennington and Baron Wokingham.

Prince Frederick thus becomes His Royal Highness The Duke of Cumberland and Mrs Phoebe Park will become Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cumberland.

Their children are descended from the British royal family on their father's side and from the Asian-American working class on their mother's side.

They are citizens of both the United Kingdom and of the United States.

Prince Frederick and Phoebe's three children all have Wales on their birth certificates.

This is do to the fact that Prince Frederick married Phoebe without the Queen's knowledge so their marriage wasn't approved. Because of their father marriage not being approved by the Queen and Prince Frederick not being the eldest son of the Prince of Wales, their children are neither a British princes and Princess nor do they have the style "Royal Highness".

The Queen brought in new rules for Prince William in 2012 so that all his children would become princes or princesses.

Before then, only the eldest son of the eldest son of the Prince of Wales was entitled to the honour - that's because King George V decided in 1917 to limit titles within the Royal Family.

Now the Queen has done the same for Prince Frederick as of August 2019, all children of Prince Fredrick are granted to the rights of a prince or princess of the United Kingdom entitled to the style of Royal Highness under letters patent issued by Queen Elizabeth II on 21 August 2019, which gave the title and style to all children of the Prince of Wales's youngest son.

Joshua Wales will be now known as His Royal Highness Prince Joshua of Cumberland.

Joseph Wales will be now known as His Royal Highness Prince Joshua of Cumberland.

Julissa Wales will be now known as Her Royal Highness Princess Julissa of Cumberland.

Prince Frederick, Phoebe Park and their children are seen getting off a flight to Scotland

The Duke and Duchess of Cumberland can be seen with their children at Aberdeen airport this morning.

The royal couple boarded the 8.45am economy FlyBe flight from United States, on what is thought to be a family break, spending the weekend at Balmoral Castle in Scotland with the Queen.

It's customary for the Queen's family to come and stay with her in Scotland during her summer holiday. Over the past few weeks, the British monarch has been visited by Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, Sophie Countess of Wessex, and the York Princesses.

Princess Eugenie has previously shared that Balmoral is one of Queen Elizabeth's favorite places.

I think Granny is the most happy there. I think she really, really loves the Highlands," the monarch's granddaughter said in the documentary Our Queen At Ninety.

"Walks, picnics, dogs-a lot of dogs, there's always dogs-and people coming in and out all the time," Eugenie continued. "It's a lovely base for Granny and Grandpa, for us to come and see them up there, where you just have room to breathe and run."

The British monarch will reportedly return to London, and to the public eye, in October.

Phoebe Park and Prince Frederick's private wedding photos leaked on Instagram after photographer is hacked

Phoebe Park and Prince Frederick's wedding photographer has been hacked and the couple's private pictures leaked on sites such as Instagram and Twitter.

Hundreds of snaps taken by aristocrat Alexi Lubomirski in June of 2013 have been swiped.

A royal source said: "Security was compromised."

Panicking Palace officials launched an immediate security probe to shut down the Frederick and Phoebe wedding pictures leak.

Several photos appeared all over social media of the private big day for Frederick and Phoebe back in June of 2013.

Alexi Lubomirski, 43 - official photographer for the royals' big day in May last year - was alerted that hundreds of his images had been stolen by devious hackers.

SOURCE OF THE LEAK IS NOT KNOWN

A royal source said: "There was an online compromise."

"Pictures were hacked then leaked. There was an internal investigation but police weren't involved.

"The situation has now been contained."

It's not known who was behind the leak. But sources say steps were quickly taken to ensure no further breaches could occur.

The hackers are understood to have struck in July, with Alexi's pictures only emerging on Twitter and Instagram this month.
