Alex P.O.V

Today I wake up to the sound of a piano, Für Elise by Beethoven my alarm going off. It's Saturday, an off day from school.

I wonder what I'm going to do to today?

I pick up my phone and dial Jesse's number,

"Hey Jesse, what are you doing today?" I ask.

"Hey Alex, are you asking me out? Cause even if you were, unfortunately I have something important to do so...." he says.

"I wasn't! Have fun today! I'll see you at the ball!" I say cheerfully.

"Bye!" Jesse says.

I know I told him to be himself around me but he doesn't have to be blunt.

My phone rings, alerting me that I received a text from the girls group chat!

Amanda: Hey guys! Are you guys doing something today?

Skylar: Hi! Nope I just have to buy new dance shoes!

Hillary: Good morning! I have to buy a new dress for my parents... dinner party! How about we go SHOPPING!

Alex: Hi ASHA girls!!👋 I'm in with the shopping!

Skylar: What is ASHA now again?

Alex: Sky its our names combined! A-Alex S-Skylar H-Hillary A-Amanda!

Skylar: Ohhh! Lol!

Amanda: Yep! I'm picking you'all up in a sec!

Skylar: One!!!!!

Hillary: You're supposed to be here by now Manda! You said a SECOND!

Alex: Lol!

I quickly put on a black & white stripes crop top and black mini skirt. Adding my red boot heels and Destiny Sunglasses.

Upon hearing a hoot outside, I rush in the elevator but am stopped by mum.

"Morning honey, where are you off to?" she asks.

"Morning, I'm going shopping with the girls!" I say.

"Darling don't forget about about the ball Queen Emerald and King Edward are throwing tonight!" mum says.

"I won't!" I say and run until I reach the door.

I then go and climb in Amanda's red convertible.

"So let's be off to the mall!" Hillary says.

Along the way we sing out loud to our favorite songs.

We finally arrive and climb out!

Jesse P.O.V

I just got off the phone with Alex!

Now I'm preparing for my date with Jennevive. You see, my parents created this thing last month, where I have to date one princess per month to see which one will be suitable to be my bride.

This month it's Jennevive.

I go downstairs and get breakfast.

"Morning Mom and Dad! Where is Hillary?" I ask.

"Morning son! Hillary left early saying she was going shopping with Alex and the girls, because and I quote 'My wardrobe is out of fashion and mainly because Alex rocks at picking out clothes!" mum says.

The thought of Alex and my sis getting along sounds great!

"Morning son! It looks like Alex is really a fashionable friend and a great influence on Hillary!" dad says.

"Okay well, I best be on my way to the date with Jennevive!" I say and go out to my Jet Black Ferrari.

Jennevive wants to get something to eat, at that restaurant near the mall.

Alex P.O.V

Me and Hillary decide to go to the look for dresses for the ball while Sky and Amanda went to the shoe shops.

"Are you excited for the ball tonight?" Hill asks.

"Yep!" I say popping the 'p'.

"This would look stunning on you!" Hill says, holding a dress stunning black dress.

"That dress is gorgeous and fits the theme perfectly!" I say.

I decide to fit the dress on. When coming from the fitting room, I see the admin clerk smirking,

"I never knew angels flew so low!" he says.

Sorry, but I'm taken.

"I never knew losers aimed so high!" I say.

He is probably stunned with my words, possibly thinking that his pick up line would work on me.

"Alex Gloss'in Walker!! You look AMAZEBALLS!!!" Hill shouts.

I don't know how her royal tutors put up with her.

"Now let's get you a dress!" I say and find a gorgeous dress for Hill.

She comes out of the fitting room in the dress,

"Hill you look... " I start saying.

"Gorgeous, beautiful, lovely, awesone! Yep I know!" Hill says.

"Self-conceited much?" I say jokingly.

"I just received a text from Skylar saying they are hungry and that we should meet them at the restaurant around the corner." Hill says.

"Okay!" I say and we make our way inside the restaurant, I spot Skylar and Amanda at the reception.

We walk towards them.

"But ma'am you need a booking first!" the receptionist says, arguing with Sky.

"Excuse me, but my aunt is the owner. So we don't need a reservation." I intervene.

"I don't believe you!" he says.

Flashing one of my sweetest smiles, I then take out my phone and dial my aunts number.

After getting off my call I see a figure looking like Aunt Miranda, storming out of the office section.

"Shane! How dare you tell my niece and her friends to book a table!" my aunt fumes at the newbie.

"Sorry!! Ma'am I didn't know she was your niece!" Shane says.

"But I told you!" I say with a slight wave.

"So darling let me take you to the VIP section!" my aunt says, in a cheerful mood.

"Connections are good things!" Amanda says, using her fingers as air quotes.

We are seated as my aunt tells us that she'll send us a waiter!

I look across and see,

No....!

It can't be Right!

Jesse and Another Girl!

I quickly slip on my sunglasses!

"What's up with the sunglasses?" Hill asks.

"Look to your right!" I say.

"That little...." Hill starts.

"Girls just put on your sunglasse, I might just be assuming things! But I definitely don't want him to see us!" I say.

I feel curious and a little bit desperate to know what he is really doing here.

Just then the blonde haired girl kisses Jesse!

I'm not stupid to runaway! I have to see if he's going to pull away!

He doesn't she pulls away first! He knowingly kisses her back!!!

Jesse P.O.V

After that lovely kiss with Jenn she pulls away and I see a girl with blonde hair similar to Alex's run out of the restaurant followed by 3 other girls.

Weird.

"See you Jenn! I had a wonderful time but I have to dash!" I say and leave, since there is only one hour left for the ball!
