Alex P.O.V

At the moment I have English, but since Mrs Darcy told us to find certain books on our checklist, I am currently waltzing down the rows of the library.

Luckily I come across Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, my last book.

I try to take it but it won't budge! I pull a little harder, but let it go, since I've had enough.

Suddenly, I hear a BANG on the other side. I quickly go around and find Jesse sitting on the ground.

I give him a questioning look, then burst out of laughter.

"What are you laughing at Alex?" Jesse asks.

"Your... face... is... soooo... red!!!" I manage to say, in between giggles.

Instead of a comeback, I feel Jesse's intense stare on me.

"Hey Jesse, I know I'm not a library book, but are you checking me out?" I blurt out.

"I don't have a library card, so unfortunately I won't be able to!" he says with a smirk.

"That's good, since I'm the best seller, currently unavailable." I say self-satisfied.

I walk over to pick the book up and walk away when he says,

"So aren't you going to help me up?"

"Sorry not today, tomato boy!" I say.

"Why do you call me tomato boy?" he asks.

"Cause you looked like one!! Let me help you up, since I am taking your book!" I say and give my hand out.

In the middle,

"You know the Prince is supposed to save the Princess not the other way around!!" I say as a-matter-of-fact

Then he takes my hand, spins and dips me while saying,

"You're absolutely right!!! There it is, Prince Charming saves the Damsel in Distress!!"

"No, the Knight in Shining Armor saves the Damsel in Distress!!" Blake says, interrupting our conversation.

Jesse loosens his grip on me and I stand up.

"Whatever Blake!" Jesse says annoyed.

"You know I'm right!!" Blake says.

After that, school was pretty much the same, until I arrive home.

As I enter I am frozen to the spot, my eyes widen.

Staring at the smiling figure in front of me, who embraces me in a heart warming hug. Still in shock my body unconsciously hugs back.

I haven't seen Liam in 2 years, he has always been there for me and those 2 years, were the hardest for me. I constantly missed his smile, content humour and heart-warming voice. I try to speak but am only able to say,

"Liam!" with tears in my eyes.

"Alex, I've missed you so much!" he says and plants a kiss on my cheek.

Mum and dad then informs us that they have invited Queen Emerald and King Edward for dinner.

Meaning Jesse too!!!

Oh no!!!

What will Liam do?

I let my anxious curiosity go and focus on the outfit in front of me.

It's a knee-length, cobalt blue dress, neon ankle boots and cobalt blue clutch. I take the elevator down and immediately, I am struck by the aroma of food.

"Hey Alex!" says a dashing Liam, in front of me.

"Oh, there you are, you two look really beautiful and handsome!" mum says.

Suddenly our guests arrive, being the King, Queen, Jesse and a GIRL!!!

"Hello Edward and Emerald!" my dad greets.

"Hello James and Jessica, you know Jesse and this is our daughter Hillary, she was also at an Academy for Royalty!" King Edward says.

A breeze of relief spreads through me, which I cannot account for.

"Oh, here you are Alex! And this is Liam..."

Jesse P.O.V

I am so glad Hillary is back, I have truly missed our constant chatter.

Currently our parents are introducing us and my eyes land on Liam, he is way too close to Alex for my liking.

It's as if I can feel my fists clenching.

"Oh, here you are Alex! And this is Liam... our son!" Queen Jessica says.

I feel so happy right now!

Alex P.O.V

The breeze of relief on Jesse's face is clear as daylight!

I wonder why he is relieved.

"Okay children you can converse with each other while I check if the food is ready!" my mum says.

"Hey gorgeous, are you a magician? Because whenever I look at you everyone else disappears." Liam says to Hillary with a wink.

"Actually I am and a great thief because I just stole your heart from across the room!" Hillary says with a smirk.

"Liam I think you just met your match!" I say and give Hillary a high-five.

"You too Hills!" Jesse says.

"So....." I say.

This is bad, the presence of SILENCE accompanies us.

"So, Alex I heard you and Jesse go to the same Academy. Is he a arrogant, nerd jock or is he popular?" Hillary asks, wriggling her eyebrows.

"Actually, he's Mr Popular I know he scores high marks in tests, but I don't know if that classifies as being a nerd!" I say, while smiling.

"This one right here, with the cocky, arrogance and sarcasm?" Hillary asks disbelievingly.

"Hillary leave my sarcasm alone!" Jesse says playfully.

"But Jesse isn't sarcasm the lowest form of wit?" Liam asks.

"It doesn't matter, it's my only defense mechanism!" Jesse exclaims.

"Dinner's ready!!"

I hear Courtney call.

We head to the table, I am seated next to Hillary across from Jesse, who is next to Liam.

Everything seems to be going fine, luckily Liam didn't go into overprotective brother mode yet.

"Children, we all have made a decision, all of you will attend Woodland Academy together!" Queen Emerald says.

"Say what!!!!" we all shout out simultaneously.

"Yes! Now I can go with my sister to school!" Liam says.

"And I can go with my brother to school!" Hillary says and gives Liam a fist bump, across the table.

I have a feeling that they already know each other!

"But what about our security, isn't it a bad thing to have 4 royals in one place?" Jesse asks.

"Buzzkill!!!" Hillary and Liam say.

"Yes, it is but if all of you stick together, it won't be alot of work to keep you safe!" Jesse's father says.

"When do we have to start our first day?" Hill and Liam ask in unison.
