Ingredients
- 300 grams of tofu
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste

Directions
1) Cut tofu into small square pieces, peel and shred ginger, and cut garlic into sections.
2) Add the right amount of cold water to the pan, put the cut tofu, add the right amount of salt, boil, and cool in cold water.
3) Beat the eggs in a bowl, add an appropriate salt, and stir well.
4) Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok and pour eggs when the oil is 30% hot.
