GREEN LEMON

I closed my eyes firmly as I bit my lower lip.

We are here in the balcony of Royal Palace. Matatanaw ko rito sa aking kinatatayuan ang napakalaki at eleganteng Royal Academy na malapit lang dito sa palasyo. Sa kalayuan din ay may dalawang palayso na matatanaw rito. Hindi ako sigurado kung mga palasyo rin ba ang mga iyon o hindi, pero ang isa sa kanila ay parang nababalot sa emerald stones dahil kumikinang ito ng kulay berde. Habang ang isa naman ay kulay pula na parang nababalot sa apoy? I'm not really sure.

Hindi ko rin alam kung saan ang eksaktong lokasyon ng mga iyon. Pero pareho silang napapaligiran ng mga kagubatan.

"Hearlet, sorry but I don't want to get involved in their problems or in this world's problem. I have my own problems to deal with, Hearlet. You know how desperate I am to get revenge and get the justice that my parents deserve!" I exclaimed.

Naramdaman kong naglakad siya papunta sa tabi ko.

"Green, what do you think is the purpose why all that happened to your parents? It is meant to happen so that you can come here and do what should or destined to happen. You are here to know everything, not only to find out who killed your parents, but also for who you really are, and what really happened to Infinity." She held my hand and caressed it.

I took a deep breath and tried to call Hearlet through my mind like she did when we were in the hall. But I can't call her, and I don't really know how. Pero paano nga ba niya iyon nagagawa? I thought Celeste has only the ability to read and talk through mind.

"Green!" Until I heard a sharp shout of a girl. It's a familiar voice, it's Scarlet's voice if I'm not mistaken.

Agad akong lumingon sa pinanggalingan ng boses at makita si Scarlet na humahangos papalapit sa akin.

"Scarlet?" Sinalubong ko siya. Hanggang sa tulayan kaming makalapit sa isa't isa.

"K-Kanina pa kita hinahanap. N-Narito ka lang pala sa pinakatuktok na parte ng palasyo. Ano nga ba ang ginagawa mo r-rito?" hingal na hingal niyang tanong bago ako yakapin nang mahigpit.

"Thinking, I guess?" I sarcastically said.

"I guess so, but—"

She suddenly stopped and stood still.

"Hey, why? What happened?" I nervously asked.

She pointed her left index finger behind me.

I wondered why, so I followed and smiled once walking back to where I had stood before.

She followed me without saying anything, and her mouth is just open because of how beautiful the view is in this balcony.

"The Emerald and Coloss Dimensions!" she said in awe. It is like her first time to see these two big palaces far away in front of us.

"Emerald and Coloss Dimensions?" I asked in confusion.

She nodded. "Yes, Emerald has the second most powerful force in the entire Therra Universe. It is next to Utopia, the Gods and Goddesses Dimension. That Dimension is led by Queen Gail, the Queen of Sorcerers and Goddess of Nature who was with us in the hall earlier. The mother of Infinity and Leaves," she enthusiastically said. She seems so excited to say it to me.

I suddenly remembered the girl who looked up at me earlier in the hall. She turned out to be the queen of the Emerald. Well, that's not surprising anymore. She really seems so powerful.

"Then how 'bout the Coloss?" She immediately turned her gaze at me. Her earlier smile disappeared without my knowledge.

"Why?" I arched my brows.

She chuckled. "Coloss is just like a hell. This is the opposite of Emerald and Utopia. In this Dimension you will not find a safe place. You can't find peace there. You are also lucky if you have lived a week in that Dimension. It is a place of evil creatures and many rebels there. Though there are still many good ones, one of them is the King. Also, there are Guardians that Alpha God Infinite created to maintain peace in the dimension. But they say, they are already dead. But no one knows," mahabang paglalahad niya. Fear could also be seen on his face.

A short-term silence reigned between us. And suddenly, my heart started to pound faster.

"Bakit hindi sila umalis sa lugar na iyan kung puro kaguluhan lang naman pala ang nangyayari?" I wondered.

That seems unlikely to happen. Unless they are half mortal, because something really like that is happening. May mga mortals kasing napapadpad sa mundong ito that marries immortals. I felt like my heart skipped a beat. "A mortals getting lost here? How did that happen?" I asked in confusion.

She forced a smile. "We called them Lost Mortals. This often happens in the Emerald Dimension since there is a portal that goes in and out of Earth, and one of these is here in Utopia. Actually, Queen Gail's father is a mortal. So there is mortal blood flowing in the vessels of Leaves, Yazenth and Finn. Queen Gail's family is known throughout the Therra Universe, not only because they are now the most powerful clan, but also because of the tragic story that happened to their family," she said that made me curious.

She looked up and closed her eyes as she felt the cold and fresh air.

"Princess Rosé is daughter of God Neil, the God of Space. She is the Goddess of Prophecy and the Princess of Emerald when she fell in love to a mortal, named Llwen. Since she is a Goddess, which is forbidden to love a mortal, she has been deprived of position and power. Yes, there is a rule that Gods and Goddesses cannot be in love with mortals. But Princess Rosé had no remorse in what happened to her because she really love the mortal. So they lived in the world of mortal and their union bore fruit, a four twins—"

I cut her words. "Four twins? "I asked in amazement.

She nodded and smiled. "Yes! God Rain, Goddess Ring, God Rail and Goddess Gail, the girl seen in her mother's prophecy to be included in the Royals, the eight strongest and most powerful creatures in the entire Therra Universe. Since everyone is aware of that, many creatures plan to kill her and take her power; one of them is God Blake, the God of the Underworld who aspires to powerful power—who is the mortal enemy of God Neil and God Lii."

"God Neil? Who is he? And God Lii, father of my mother, Hearlet and Virgo, right?" I muttered in question.

"Yep, he is your grandfather, pero bakit hindi mo siya nilapitan kanina? He is actually in the hall earlier?" she looked at me seriously.

I suddenly stopped, thinking what I would excuse. "I actually don't know what he looks like." I giggled.

"Well," she nodded, "and God Neil, he is Princess Rosé's father. He is one of the Neonians and Royals also."

"But Green, p'wedeng sa bukas ko na lang ituloy ang kuwento ko? Inaantok na kasi ako. Kailangan mo na ring magpahinga dahil may klase pa kayo mamamay 'di ba?" she asked the reason why my brows narrowed.

"How did she know?" I mentally asked. Wala pa naman akong pinagsasabihan diyan, ha?

"S-Sorry, King Bernian said earlier, but don't worry, your secret will still remain secret. But if you don't mind me asking, why don't you want to say that you are part of Clandestine, apart from the fact that it is forbidden to tell anyone?" she asked in confusion that made me chuckle.

"A-Actually, I will definitely say, but since I don't want to become part of that class, and I also plan to leave, I just didn't say. Because honestly, all I want is—"

"You want to be strong and powerful because you are preparing for revenge. A revenge for what happened to your Dad, right?" she asked and immediately covered her mouth when she realized what he said.
