So in this story Roxi Cooper is Betty Coopers twin sister she is the oldest by three minutes. She is a rebel and doesn't do what her mum and dad want even when they try there hardest. she is the complete opposite of Betty and is also in the same group of friends but jughead is her best friend out of them all.
