1 - A letter from another world
"What the hell?" Roxanne was very confused since there was an owl with a letter in its beak flying around in her room. What was that? And, by the way, how had it even got there? Or, where was it from? Questions upon questions, but in the end Roxanne decided, that it maybe would be best, just to read the letter.

Wait, what?!? She should go to a wizard school? And what did "we await your owl" mean? Which owl? She did not have an owl. By the way, where actually was that "Hogwarts"? Definitely not in Asgard, she would know that. But where else? Well, according to all she knew about the nine realms, most of them were not civilized at all. So it had to be in Vanaheim or in Midgard. As she was thinking about it, she suddenly noticed a ticket.

London. That name sounded familiar to Roxanne. Probably Thor had told her about it, which meant it was in Midgard. Now she definitely had to ask Thor or Jane about Midgardian people. However she would do that later, because there still was one thing left in the envelope: The list.

Whoever had written this seemed to be crazy. Where should she get all this stuff from? It was impossible. Or where could you buy wands? The bird was fluttering around restlessly. Most likely it was waiting for an answer. So Roxanne took a sheet of parchment and a feather from her desk and began to write:
Dear Professor McGonagall,
I received your message, although I still have no idea how you found me. However I do not know how and where to find the things named on the list. Because of this I'm asking you kindly to grant me some information about this, so I can obtain my necessary equipment.
Yours sincerely,
Roxanne
She gave the letter to the owl that instantly flew away with it. When the bird couldn't be seen any more, Roxanne shook her head. She was perplexed. Had this just really happened? Yet she had no idea how often she would repeat that questions again and again in her mind during the next weeks.

Well, so this was the first chapter. What are your opinions?
For this is my first story in English I ask you please not to judge me too hard if I made a lot of mistakes. But of course I wouldn't mind you telling me. I always like to improve my English skills.
