Wendy's POV:

The rest of the classes were fine, but now.... LUNCH! I hope I won't have to sit alone. I headed to an empty table, hoping for Chelia to come sit with me. Sitting down, I opened my bento.

Someone sat across from me. Yay! I looked up. To my surprise, it wasn't Chelia, but instead, a raven haired boy. If I come to think of it, I think he's been in one of my classes.

"Hey." The boy said cooly, smiling at me.

"Hello," I said quietly, not making any eye contact and eating my bento. I looked down. I wish Chelia were here to sit with me. She's the only friend I've made so far!

"What's wrong?" He asked, cocking his head.

"Huh? O-Oh, nothing! Nothing's wrong!" I replied, nervous, waving my hands in front of my face to assure him.

"That's good. You're new, right? I've seen you in all my classes so far. We probably might have the same schedule." He chuckled.

"O-Oh." was all I could say.

"Your name is Wendy, right? I'm Romeo." he flashed a toothy grin.

"Nice to meet you." I almost whispered, forcing a small smile.

Chelia came to the table.

"Hey Wen!" She said cheerfully, holding her cafeteria tray, standing in front of the table.

"Hi Chelia." I smiled. It's really easy smiling in front of Chelia.

"Well, see ya, Wendy!" Romeo stood up and left.

"Why was Romeo here? He usually doesn't talk to people who aren't, you know, 'popular'. I don't mean it in a bad way." Chelia questioned me, frowning. It seemed as if she were upset.

"Dunno. He just sat there and talked about stuff." I said cluelessly. It was only me and Chelia sitting at the huge rectangular table. Though it was only the two of us, it didn't seem empty at all. Her cheerfulness was so refreshing, and it made me really happy.

"Haha! That sounded funny!" Chelia giggled. I laughed with her.

Romeo's POV:

Wendy..... she's really cute. I couldn't help staring at her the whole time during class... all the classes. I bet she noticed at least once. I noticed that she's also really shy and timid, which makes her even cuter. Ahhh! I'm not a pervert! Shaddup Romeo! I blushed a shade of red.
