Izuku's POV

I watched the video on All Might saving all those people...

again.

I might be watching it frequently, but I still loved it no matter how many times I saw it. How he saved all those people in less than half an hour, and that grin on his face that made everyone feel so much happier and comforted in his presence, it was amazing.

I can be like that!

I would run up to my mother, see her sad smile, and grin and recite All Might's famous catchphrase,

"I AM HERE!!"

And the sadness in her smile would go away completely, and she would laugh so brightly, my grin would go wider, and laugh along with her.

No matter how much I said that All Might was my favorite Hero, I knew it deep in my heart.

She was my true Hero!

I told her that one day, before I went to school, and she broke out in tears.

"Oh, Izuku!" I flinched, worried that she was sad.

"Mom, don't cry!" I wiped her falling tears from her face, but more kept coming. I grinned at her, and laughed.

"That was a compliment!"

A giggle left her lips, and she kissed my head.

"I know, Izuku. I'm just so happy that I couldn't help it!" We laughed together again.

"I'll see you later then, Mom!"

"Of course, Izuku."

I waved and ran towards the small school.

"I love you!"  We called out at the same time.

 I giggled again and turned away from a beautifully smiling Mom wiping her face with a cloth from her pocket.
