Nathan POV
I was sitting in my room doing my homework with X-Files on in the background. My mother knocked on my door and came into my room.
"Yes Mother?" I asked.
"Rouge is here." She told me.
I smiled big and jumped off my bed sprinting down the stairs. I jump hugged Rouge.
"Wonders Rouge! It is good to see you!"
He laughed and we walked to his house. He didn't let me inside though. He said he just had to get a few things.
  It was a small house and it looked like it hadn't been taken care of. Holes in the walls, stray cats going in and out, I think I even saw a few cockroaches.
  I saw a person walking their dog across the street and got excited. Without thinking, I blindly walked into the street.
   "Nathan get out of the street!" I heard Rouge yell.
I looked back and saw a car speeding down the road. I sprinted back to Rouge and when the car was gone went back to pet the dog.
  It was so fluffy! It looked like a big marshmallow and it was super nice.

Rouge POV
   What the hell is wrong with him!? He could've gotten hit! And that asshole driving the car wasn't exactly at the proper speed limit. I should slash their tires next time I see their car.
  I looked both ways down the street and walked to Nathan about to scold him. Then I saw him laughing and he looked so happy petting the dog.
  "Rouge! Rouge! Love! Look! The dog is like a marshmallow! Sweet and soft!" He said, giggling.
  Damn him and his adorable face. It's impossible for me to be mad at him for more than a few seconds.
  I could tell the dog owner was getting annoyed so I lead Nathan away.
  "Aww... I wish I could just pet puppies all day." He pouted.
  Then I got an idea. The mall in the city has a pet store. And Camille could drive us there. It's onl twenty minutes.
  Camille agreed and for us lunch before we left.
