So, in this AU, everyone's a Pokémon Trainer! I'm gonna say that in this AU, mutants do indeed live normally with humans.

One must be at least ten years old to be an official Pokémon trainer. However, you may start becoming a trainer at any age afterward. Say one isn't aloud to have Pokémon because their parents don't like the thought of them being a trainer. They may wait to become the age of eighteen and receive a Pokémon then.

Also, in this sort of AU, mutants USED TO BE discriminated against, but upon the support of Pokémon, they managed to gain freedom. Though, there is still racial discrimination against them. Some people say Mutants should be used in battle just like Pokémon. Others say both Pokémon and Mutants should stay far away from humans. And that is why Draxum is still a villain.

Here are the stats, just in case!

Champion: The strongest trainer in the region. Anyone may battle this trainer for the title of Champion of the region. However, before this, they must travel to a certain building (usually located in a high place, such as a mountain) and pass the Elite Four.
Elite Four: The strongest trainers right under the Champion. A trainer must defeat all four members before moving on to defeat the Champion. However, before taking on the Elite Four, one must defeat all the Gym Leaders. Each usually focus on one or two main Pokémon-type(s).
Gym Leader: There are eight gym leaders in each region. One must defeat all the Gym Leaders before taking on the Champion or the Elite Four. Usually focuses on one or two main Pokémon-type(s).
Gym Trainer: A worker for the Gym Leader. A trainer must defeat all the Gym Trainers in a Gym before they are aloud to take on the Gym Leader. Usually three or four Gym Trainers in each Gym.
Unofficial Trainer: You see, to become an official trainer, one must be at least at the age of ten and receive a starter Pokémon, a Trainer ID, and a Pokédex from the regional Professor. However, none of this to be an actual trainer. Anyone can be a trainer, however the requirements above must be reached to be an official trainer. If one is an unofficial trainer, one is not aloud to take place in competing against Gyms, the Elite Four, and the Champion.
Official Trainer: Someone who has received a starter, an ID, and a Pokédex and is allowed to partake in challenging the Gyms, Elite Four, and Champion. However, they may choose to not take part in challenges if they do not wish to.
Shiny Hunter: Anyone can be a shiny hunter, whether they be an Official Trainer or not. Someone who actively looks for shiny Pokémon, usually as a hobby.

Here are some rules plus some little notes! (though most of these are just basic Pokémon rules)

-Maximum of two shinies, UNLESS you are a shiny collector! Please, do not have like ten shinies and say 'Oh, I just found these guys on accident!' Please. There is about a 1 in 4096 chance of finding a shiny Pokémon. Coming across that many shinies is pretty much impossible unless you are purposefully looking for them.

-Maximum of one Legendary, but only if you can give me a good reason! Not everyone casually walks around town with a Mewtwo. If they did, it wouldn't be very Legendary. These Pokémon are literally gods, give me a good reason why they're on your team! Be creative! What's that? Your father was a scientist that helped experiment on Mew so you helped it escape and now it's one of your most loyal team members? That's a good reason as to why you would have that Legendary on your team!

-A maximum of six Pokémon on each person's team. This is normal in every Pokémon game, HOWEVER, I will have some exceptions!
    • You are an eeveeloution trainer! You may collect every single eeveeloution, however may not collect any other Pokémon. Just the eight eeveeloutions, and maybe Eevee as well if you wish.
    • You have a random Pokémon that doesn't battle! For example, a Rotom Dex, or a pet Rockruff or something!

-Have as many Mega Evolution Pokémon as you like! Give as many Pokémon Mega Stones as you wish! So long as they have the ability to Mega Evolve, go for it! However, I am staying loyal to the games on this one- You may only Mega Evolve once every battle.

-If this is too many characters to handle, I will gladly allow you to reduce the limit to five or four, or make it so that non-battling Pokémon aren't a thing. I understand, and I'd be glad to do that.

-If you like the Pokémon, but don't want to RP them all, I will gladly RP as the Pokémon you don't know. It would be appreciated if you RP the pokémon you do know, but if you don't know them all, I will gladly take them over.

-The Pokémon may go back into their Pokémon as you please if you ever want to stop RPing as them. Say you are tired of RPing a certain Pokémon, but you still want to actually be them. Feel free to make them go back into their Pokéball!

Finally, the scenarios!

Scenario 1:
You could feel the ground tumbling below you. All of a sudden, Rayquaza emerged from the ground, emitting a mighty roar. "DRAXUM!" April yelled, before summoning her Talonflame and flying off, "(Name), go get the guys!" You knew April was strong, but was she strong enough to hold of Rayquaza? What do you do?

Scenario 2:
You took in a deep breath. Tomorrow, you would be challenging the guys and April for a chance to win the title of Pokémon Champion. "Hey, (Name)!" Mina/Amelia/Bella exclaimed. "I know, you might be nervous about tomorrow, but trust me! If you've come this far, you can do anything!" What do you do?

Scenario 3:
Come up with anything you want!
