The Hidden City is where most of The Yokai live in harmony and is the home of the notorious Battle Nexus is. Today we're gonna be going over everything in Tales of The Hidden City! Ok, not everything. A short recap!

Part 1: Donnie and April enter a town filled with witches so April can have help with her science project, cause she doesn't trust him to help. Throughout the whole trip, Donnie feels inferior to mystic powers, and tries to keep saying that science is superior. However, he eventually spits it out in front of the whole town during the Peace Festival.

Angered, they kick him and April out. But they do get back in when they offer to help a student with her part in the Peace Festival. Buttt...The Peace Festival is actually to prepare an offering to a giant monster, so the monster will let the witches live in peace. However, Donnie messed something up in the potion given to the monster, and the monster becomes outraged.

Donnie and April team up, with April getting her own mystic weapon!!! Yay!!! And they defeat the monster! But then get kicked out again and are thrown in jail. Together!

Part 2: Raph wants a police ride along, but is mistaken for Heinous Green. A turtle mutant who is the second worst criminal in The Hidden City. Eventually, he's arrested and brought in with The Mud Dogs. Criminals (voiced by the 2012 TMNT cast!!) who are sort of like the evil versions of the turtles we know! But, you know, not turtles.

The Mud Dogs and Raph escape and decide to make Raph, who they think is Heinous Green, their leader. Raph then tries to make a plan to give them fake crimes in order for them to get caught, but nothing works and the Mud Dogs bring him to Big Mama, who straight up sends the real Heinous Green after him.

Raph eventually finds his tonfas and kicks the shell out of Heinous Green, and hands him over to the police, along with the other criminals since he knew where their hideout was. But he gets mistaken for ANOTHER turtle mutant and is thrown in jail with Donnie and April.

Part 3: Splinter is excited to actually spend some time with his son Mikey, but is angered when he finds out that Baron Draxum disguised as a bear is joining them. Throughout the whole trip, Splinter keeps bringing up how Draxum ruined his life.

Eventually, Draxum gets taken by a police officer and hands him over to his daughter since he looked like a stuffed bear. But the daughter is a literal demon.

Splinter finally gets convinced that without the things Draxum did, he wouldn't have met his sons and literally became their father. So, after breaking Draxum out, he tells Draxum that he's happy that he turned him into a rat, because without that, they wouldn't have been a family...Minus Draxum, cause he didn't look amused.

Eventually, Draxum is caught and thrown in prison, but Mikey and Splinter escape.

Part 4: Leo gets evil hair and is thrown in jail for the hair mutant stealing things...Then Mikey and Splinter break them all out with Leo's sword!

So yeah! I really enjoyed these episodes! My favorites would definitely have to be Parts 1-3. Part 4 was just random.
