There was another caca suddenly. I saw something red flying around and it was circling me and the man.
I'm going to die I thought, the man is gonna feed me to whatever is up there.
It flew down and took a nip at the man but he didn't notice.
He was getting very aggressive now, I felt relieved that whatever was up there didn't go for me.
It came down again and flattered above him for a bit it was a parrot. It bites the man right in his private area. The man ran out and up the hill and left. The parrot came down next to me and said
"Hello human"
I yelped, it spoke to me, right? Am I dreaming?
"Hii?"
"Hope your okay"
"How can you talk-"
"Us animals can talk but don't as we hate humans"
"Makes sense, I guess"
"But you, I get a different feeling about you, you didn't attack me or scream at me"
"Well I do want to work with animals when I'm older and save species"
"Interesting I guess, may I ask what are you here for anyway"
"Your home, this exact forest is in danger, the council plan on cutting it down"
The parrot ran flew back to her family and got them they all flew down, the farther walked ahead and asked
"What do you mean our forest"
"They talked about it in school today, I want to save it, but I don't know how to"
"They won't give up easily, that man comes here every day to attempt to shoot one of our species and kill us"
I was still so surprised I was talking to parrots and the fact we understand each other.

I got up brushed myself off and waved at them as I left as I walked to the top of the hill, the van was gone. I dashed home and felt safe again.
I was very tired at this point of time so I got into my pyjamas and called it night. I decided to head back tomorrow and find out more.
