Grief crashed over her as she stared at the lifeless body of her mother, while the tabby dashed out, searching for another victim.

The battle raged on, and Rosekit flattened her ears to try and block out the screeches of pain from her dying clanmates. The cats she knew, talked to, played with, laying dead at their paws.

As soon as she thought all ThunderClan cats were dead, a deep voice howled, "BloodClan! Retreat!" And the paw steps thundered away once more.

After what seemed like moons, she decided it was safe and poked her head through the brambles.

The camp was destroyed.

Warriors and apprentices lay scattered across the ground, along with BloodClan cats. Brambles hung from smashed dens, trapping any cats inside.

More than half of ThunderClan was dead.

Rosekit wailed. Her mother was dead, her father was dead, and she had no idea if her sister was still alive.

Goosepaw heard her wail and perked his ears. His usually bright blue eyes were now dull, and filled with pain. He was siting next to the lifeless body of Shadepaw, who's dark grey fur was hardly visible under the bloodstains.

Dawn broke from behind the trees, turning the sky a scarlet red. The tall oaks left shadows to hang over the camp, giving it a dark feel.

The remaining cats started to gather the bodies and drag them beneath the high ledge.

Blazestar, Dustsoul, Shadepaw, Spottedwind, Amberdawn, Jayflight, Meadowbreeze, Streamfur, Brackenblaze,, and even Birdsong had given their lives to save ThunderClan.

YAY! I FINALLY UPDATED!

Sorry, I've been busy with things and haven't had the motivation to write. (I literally stared at the first sentence for days o_o) So sorry this chapter is super short and sucks XD.

I'll try and update more often now. (No promises o3o)
