Rosekit stumbled back as she lost her grip on the thick brambles. All the bodies have been burried, and they were working on rebuilding the camp.

She scrambled back to her paws and got a firm grip on the brambles and dragged it over to Fallensnow, who placed it around the warriors den.

"What now?" Rosekit asked, bouncing up and down.

Fallensnow purred and searched the camp. "Why don't you go help Risingmist with the nests?"

"Okay!" Rosekit screeched happily before dashing over to Risingmist, who was in the apprentice den. It felt good to be able to help rebuild the camp after such a battle.

"Hello Rosekit." Risingmist meowed. "Come to help with the nests?"

Rosekit nodded happily and snatched some moss from the pile Risingmist had collected.

She watched Risingmist grab a new bundle and move further down, creating a new nest. She placed it down and spread it out with her delicate paws, creating the soft mossy bed.

Rosekit copied her, creating a small nest exactly like hers. "Good!" Risingmist complemented, before repeating the process over again.

She beamed at the complement and grabbed another small bundle in her jaws. Dropping it on the ground, she spread it out and created another nest.

Feeling proud, she repeated the process over and over, until they had maxed the amount of nests that the apprentice den could hold.

"Alright." Risingmist meowed. "Lets get the Elder's den now."

Rosekit carried as much moss as her small jaws could hold. When they reached the Elder's den, only a few nests near the entrance were scattered. The others remained untouched.

It was sun-high by the time they finished. Berrysplash appeared from the entrance, his jaws filled with herbs. "Why don't you go help Berrysplash sort those herbs?" Risingmist purred.

Rosekit raced after Berrysplash, who set the herbs in the middle of the Medicine den. "Can I help you sort those?" She asked

Berrysplash purred and nodded, giving her a small soft leaf with jagged edges. "This is a raspberry leaf," he meowed. "Put it in this pile with the rest."

Rosekit nodded and studied the leaf. She picked up more from the pile Berrysplash had collected, which consisted of bright blue berries and long stems. Once she gathered all the raspberry leaves, she placed them in the pile with the rest.

Berrysplash finished collecting the long stems and nodded in approval. "These," He meowed, picking up one of the berries. "Are juniper berries."

Rosekit nodded and swiftly snatched up the rest and placed them in a separate pile.

"Thanks Rosekit!" Berrysplash purred as she started bounding away.

Rosekit curled up in her nest, trying to make up for missing last night's rest.

Suddenly, a russet cat appeared in front of Rosekit, her pelt gleaming with stars. Instantly, she recognized the bright amber eyes of Dustsoul.

"Did you have to leave?" Rosekit said, her voice now suddenly cracked with grief at the sight of her mother.

"Yes, but don't grieve for too long." Dustsoul purred. "Because I will be with you."
