(Readers POV)

Me and Izuka entered the building through a window. The inside is a bunch of hallways, so we have to be careful going around corners. Me and Izuka slowly peeked around a corner to make sure the hallway is safe to travel.

(Y/N): Are you sure you want to take Bakugo on your own?

Izuka: Yeah... Kacchan is definitely going to split off from Tenya to fight me, leaving him alone with the bomb. Kacchan could easily hold us off until time runs out. We can't immediately rush to the bomb, since Kacchan would just follow us, making it us versus him and Tenya. So the best bet is you go on ahead and you tell me where the bomb is located and I join you as fast as I can before Kacchan can follow me.

(Y/N): Man Izuka. You thought about everything. You're so smart. I'm glad I got you as my partner.

Izuka just nervously smiled at me and waved me off. As we were about to cross a path, Bakugo suddenly came out and threw his hand forward, about to make an explosion. I grabbed Izuka's arm and jumped back. I saw the explosion come out of Bakugo's hand.

Bakugo: There you are!

I quickly checked onto Izuka and saw half of her face exposed since half of her mask was destroyed by the explosion.

(Y/N): I-Izuka!

Izuka: It's alright, it's just my mask. Thanks for the save.

I saw Bakugo start to walk towards us.

Bakugo: Come on Deka, show me that Quirk of yours!

I quickly got up, getting ready to fight. Izuka put her arm in front of me.

Izuka: Remember the plan.

(Y/N): But Izuka! There's no way you can take him on by yourself!

Bakugo: If you two aren't going to make the first move, then I'll take it!

I saw Bakugo rush over at Izuka with his right arm out. Izuka quickly ran forward and dodged Bakugo's right hook. She grabbed onto his arm and turned around, throwing him over her shoulder and slamming him into the floor.

Bakugo: Gah!

Izuka: Kacchan... You always start a fight with a right hook! I'm not going to just stand there and let you beat me this time! You may call me Deka as an insult, but now Deka is the name of a Hero!

Izuka quickly looked over at me and nodded at me. I quickly nodded back and started to run the other way, using my Quirk to go around faster. I need to find Tenya and find that bomb! I quickly checked all the rooms on this floor and didn't find him. I went to the next floor and still nothing.

(Y/N): Why does this place have to be so big?!

I went up another floor and found a huge open room. I saw the fake bomb and Tenya in the room. Yes! Found him! Now all I need to do is catch him off guard. I quietly went behind a pillar.

Tenya: I'm training to be a Hero, but now I'm forced to take the role of a villain.

I saw him start to laugh to himself.

Tenya: Very well! Then be careful Heroes!

He said with a villainous tone. I just can't take him seriously with him like that.

Tenya: (Y/N)! I see you!

(Y/N): How? I'm completely behind this pillar!

Tenya: That long hood of yours is sticking out! With its bright red color, it's unmissable!

Crap, I just lost my surprise factor. I moved out of the way of the pillar and looked at Tenya.

Tenya: Come on Hero! Why are you just standing there?! Aren't you going to try and stop me?!

(Y/N): I don't need to stop you to win. I just need to take that bomb away from you!

Tenya: Then try it Hero!

I quickly dashed forward with my Quirk, but Tenya grabbed the bomb and started to run with it. He is moving faster than me, so I can't catch up to him. I tried to jump at him, but he got out of the way, making me crash into the ground.

Tenya: Too slow! With my speed, I can easily keep this bomb here out of your reach until time runs out!

(Y/N): This isn't fun.

Izuka: (Y/N), come in! Did you find Tenya?

I remembered the earpiece that All Might gave to me before this started. I pressed a finger onto the earpiece and started to talk to Izuka.

(Y/N): I did find him. I'm on the fifth floor, the most southern room.

Izuka: That's right above me... I have a plan, get ready. I'm going to use my Quirk soon.

(Y/N): You are? Ok, I'll be ready.

Izuka: Make sure you and Tenya are out of the way.

(Izuka's POV)

I saw Bakugo walking towards me.

Bakugo: Stop running away Deka! Why aren't you using your Quirk against me?!

I quickly put my arms up, getting ready to fight. Bakugo put his arm up and pointed his hand at me.

Bakugo: Since you like stalking me, I guess you already know how my Quirk works. I sweat a nitroglycerin like substance that I can set off at anytime, but I need more sweat for a more potent explosion.

He used his other arm to reach at one of his grenade looking gauntlets and grabbed onto a clip.

Bakugo: These gauntlets aren't just for show! All this time, they have been storing up my sweat! Meaning I can fire even stronger explosions that I can't normally do!

Bakugo's explosions are already huge and dangerous, so I could only imagine what a blast with tons of his sweat could do. I heard an intercom system turn on.

All Might: Young Bakugo! Don't launch that attack! You could seriously hurt Izuka!

Bakugo: She'll be fine as long as she dodges!

He pulled the clip as a huge explosion started to come my way. I quickly jumped out of the way. After the explosion disappeared, I looked back and saw a giant wall in the building.

All Might: Bakugo! If you do another one, your team will be disqualified!

Bakugo: Whatever.

I saw Bakugo walking towards me again. He ran at me. I tried to punch him, but he made an explosion, making him go into the air and get behind me. I felt an explosion on my back.

Izuka: AAAHH!!!

I managed to go through the pain and turned to face Bakugo.

Bakugo: Here's that right hook you've been obsessed about!

He slammed his right hand onto me, making me stumble. He grabbed my arm and started to spin around and he threw me over his shoulder, slamming me down onto my back. I bounced off the ground and headed towards the edge of the room with the giant hole.

Bakugo: Why aren't you using it?! You've been hiding your Quirk from me for years! Did you pretend to be weak to make fun of me or something?!

I slowly got up and looked at Bakugo.

Izuka: Is that what you think? You really are an idiot. I didn't do it to make fun of you. I think you are strong and amazing! That's why I've been training so hard to surpass you, Kacchan!

I put out my right arm and started to use One For All in it.

Bakugo: Come at me!

We dashed at each other, Bakugo getting ready to launch an explosion at me. Right as we were in front of each other. I started to swing upward with my right arm and used my left to defend myself from Bakugo. His explosion hit my left arm as my right arm released a bunch of energy, destroying a huge hole in the building.

Izuka: (Y/N) now!

I saw Tenya trying to keep his balance as (Y/N) turned into a bunch of rose petals and dashed over to the bomb. He grabbed it, making it turn into petals as well until (Y/N) stopped using his Quirk.

(Y/N): I got it! I got it!

Tenya: What?!

Bakugo: No way... Was this your plan all along-

I felt a ton of pain going through both of my arms as I looked at Bakugo. It feels like I can barely stand and barely keep consciousness.

Izuka: This is all I could do... This is what happens when I use my Quirk... I don't have control over it yet... I break myself when I use it...

All Might: Team A... Wins!

I started to fall down towards the ground. But before I could hit the floor, I passed out.

(Readers POV)

I looked down the huge hole Izuka made and jumped down to the floor she was on. I saw her passed out on the floor. Her right arm absolutely destroyed and her left arm having burn marks from one of Bakugo's explosions.

(Y/N): Izuka...

I saw some robots come over and put Izuka on some medical bed before taking her away to get her fixed up. I heard footsteps behind me and saw All Might standing there.

(Y/N): When did you get here?

All Might: I just came to congratulate everyone for trying their hardest! And don't you worry about young Izuka! Recovery Girl will get her patched up good as new!

(Y/N): Ok All Might.

I saw Bakugo just standing by himself in silence. I bet he's really mad that me and Izuka won the challenge.

(Time Skip)

Me, Bakugo, and Tenya returned to where all the other students are waiting at. I saw huge screens on a wall and noticed it was showing the building I was in. Oh man, people were watching me?!

All Might: Even though Team A won, both teams did admirably! But there are areas where both teams could have improved! Did anyone notice what those improvements might be?

I saw a black haired wearing a red suit raise her hand up.

Momo: I know. Both Bakugo and Izuka were both reckless and caused huge damage to the area around them! If the bomb was an actual bomb, Izuka's stunt would've set the device off! Both took advantage of this being training! (Y/N) completely fell for Tenya's call out and came out of hiding, losing his advantage!

(Y/N): Wait, Tenya you couldn't actually see me?!

Tenya: To be honest, I just saw a rose petal at the doorway and assumed you were nearby. Sorry for the deceitful tactic.

Momo: The best one is undoubtedly Tenya! He kept a cool head and thought his advantages and kept use of them the entire time!

I saw Tenya put his hand on his chest as he started to smile. I guess he wasn't expecting such praise. Man, I can't believe I did so bad in comparison!

All Might: Well, uh... Yeah good deduction! Though, uh, you missed some details! So are the other teams ready for their turn?!

The other students did get excited, but I was too busy worried about Izuka. I raised my hand and All Might pointed at me.

All Might: Yes, Young (Y/N)?!

(Y/N): I was wondering if I could go and check on Izuka.

All Might: Hmm... I do admire your sense of compassion for your friend's safety, but I think you seeing what your other students could do will only prove useful to your growth! Again, Recovery Girl is going to make sure Young Izuka gets fixed right up!

(Y/N): R-Right. Got it sir!
