(Readers POV)

I stood in amazement as I saw Izuka throw the ball over 700 meters.

(Y/N): That was amazing Izuka!

Tenya: Her finger appears to be broken now, just like in the exam. Her Quirk is pretty odd.

Yuga: It wasn't a very pretty throw.

I looked over and everyone else was amazed by Izuka's showing. I saw Bakugo and he looks like he's about to explode. His hand started to spark as he ran forward.

Bakugo: HEY!!! Deka you bastard! Tell me how you did that or you're dead!

Izuka screamed in fear as Bakugo ran at her, but Aizawa used his scarf to grab Bakugo and hold him back.

Bakugo: What? Why the hell is your damn scarf... So strong?

Aizawa: Because it is a capture weapon made out of carbon fiber and a special metal alloy. Stand down. It would be wise to avoid making me use my Quirk so much... It gives me serious dry eye.

Everyone: Too bad! That power is amazing!

He brought his scarf back and released Bakugo.

Aizawa: You're wasting my time. Whoever is up next to throw, go ahead.

Izuka cautiously walked around Bakugo and ran over to me.

(Y/N): Izuka! Is your finger ok?

Izuka: Yeah, I'm fine.

I can see her start to sweat. I looked over and saw Bakugo still looking at Izuka, like he wants to kill her. His gaze even gives me the creeps.

(Time Skip)

Everyone in class finished up the rest of the tests as we all stood in front of Aizawa, ready to see the results.

Aizawa: Time to give you your results. I ranked you all from best to worst. You should probably have a good idea of your standing already. I'll just pull up the whole list.

He pressed on some kind of device in his hand and pulled up a hologram list with everyone's name on it. I quickly look for mine and saw that I was number 4, above Tenya and below Bakugo. My eyes quickly went to the bottom and I saw Izuka's name there. I felt bad for Izuka. It's her dream to be a Hero! I was about to protest to the teacher, but he got rid of the list.

Aizawa: By the way, no one is going home.

Everyone froze when he said that. He started to smile creepily.

Aizawa: That was just a rational deception to make sure you gave it your all.

(Y/N), Tenya, Izuka: WHAAAAA?!?!

Momo: I'm surprised the rest of you didn't figure that out. Sorry, guess I should've said something.

Sero: Man, that was pretty nerve racking.

Kirishima: Nah, I'm always down for a challenge.

Aizawa: That's it. We are done for the day. Pick up a syllabus from the classroom. Make sure to read it over for tomorrow morning.

He said as he walked off. I heard Izuka let out a huge sigh of relief.

Aizawa: Midoriya. Take this and go have the old lady fix you up.

He handed her a piece of paper and continued to walk off.

Aizawa: Things will only get harder as your actual training begins. Be prepared.

(The end of the day)

Everyone started to leave school. I would say today was a good first day, even if I was threatened with expulsion. That usually happens day two. I looked ahead and saw Izuka and Tenya talking to each other.

(Y/N): Tenya! Izuka!

They looked back at me when I called for them as I started to run at them. I caught up to them.

(Y/N): Was today fun or what?

Tenya: I did have my doubts of our teacher, but I have faith that U.A. knows what it is doing. It is the best Hero school after all.

Izuka: Yeah, I still feel my heart pounding after the tests.

We started to walk together and Tenya is a pretty nice guy. He just likes to make sure everything is nice and up to standard. As we left the front gate, I heard a loud engine getting closer. Me, Tenya, and Izuka all looked over and I saw my sister driving her motorcycle. She turned to the side and came to a screeching halt, putting up a lot of smoke. Yang put her sunglasses down to look at me.

Yang: Heya little bro! How was your first day at school?! Any Crater Face accidents happen?!

(Y/N): Y-Yang! Not so loud!

Tenya: Yellow Dragon is your older sister, (Y/N)?

Yang: Yep, sure am! Wait, you look familiar to me. You wouldn't happen to be related to Ingenium?

Tenya: That is correct. He is my older brother. Do you know him?

Yang: Me and him run into each other from time to time. Cool to see his lil bro is hanging out with my lil bro!

Tenya: Ah, I see. It is a pleasure to meet you.

Yang looked over at Izuka and smiled.

Yang: Hey there miss broken arm.

Izuka: Miss broken arm?

Yang: I gotta "Hand" it to ya, you are pretty impressive to make it into U.A. single "Handedly"! I thought it would've been out of "Arms" reach for you!

Everyone groaned thanks to the bad puns Yang did. She let out a sigh, seeing that her jokes didn't land with anyone.

Yang: Come on (Y/N). We got to head back home.

(Y/N): Alright sis.

I got in her bike and waved bye to Izuka and Tenya.

(Y/N): Hope to talk to you guys tomor-

Yang started to go really fast on her bike, making me hold onto her tightly so I didn't fly off.

(Y/N): Y-Yang!! You can warn me next time!

Yang: What?! I can't hear you!

(The Next Day)

I came to school, having to take an English class for the morning class. After some pretty boring morning classes, it was lunch time. Me, Izuka, and Tenya all sat at the same table and was given food made by the Cook Hero, Lunch Rush. To say it tastes amazing is an understatement! But in the afternoon comes the best part of Hero School! Hero Basic Training!

All Might: I am here!

Everyone looked at the door as we saw All Might himself entering our classroom.

All Might: Coming through the door like a Hero!

Denki: I can't believe it's really All Might!

Kirishima: So he is a teacher! This year is going to be totally awesome!

Tsuyu: Hey look, is he wearing his Silver Age costume?

I did notice that All Might is wearing a different costume than what he usually wears now.

All Might: Welcome to the most important class in U.A. High! Think of it as Hero-ing 101! Here you will learn the basics of being a pro! And what it means to fight for the name of good! Let's get into it! Today's lesson will pull no punches!

All Might showed a card with the word "BATTLE" on it.

Bakugo: Fight training!

Izuka: Real combat?

All Might: But one of the keys of being a Hero is... Looking good!

He pointed at a wall and shelfs started to come out of the wall. There are a bunch of cases with numbers on them.

All Might: These were designed for you based on your Quirk Registration forms and the requests you sent in before school started!

Wait, so they made Hero costumes for us?! I thought it would've taken a week for that to happen! They work so fast here! Everyone got excited.

All Might: Get yourselves suited up and meet me at training ground Beta!

Everyone: Yes sir!

(Time Skip) (Izuka's POV)

I am in the changing room, putting on the Hero costume that I was given. I remember about three weeks ago that mom gave me a suit.

(Flashback)

Inko: Congratulations! I'm so proud that you got into U.A.!

She reached into a bag and pulled out a full body suit colored green.

Izuka: Is that a costume?!

Inko: I might of jumped the gun a little bit. I brought you food earlier, but you dozed off and I may have peaked at your notebook.

Izuka: Seriously?

I saw my mom's facial expression change to a sad one as she looked down at the ground.

Inko: To be honest with you, I've been feeling really terrible lately. About something I said to you. I think you might've felt that I gave up on you a while back, but look at you. You persevered and kept chasing your dream like a real champion.

I smiled at her as small tears formed in the corner of her eyes.

Inko: I'm sorry, Izuka. And I promise I'll support you with everything I got!

She handed me the suit as I looked down at it.

(Flashback End)

It's a gift from my mom, so of course I'm going to wear it. I started to run towards where everyone else is waiting. I ran out and saw everyone else in their Hero costumes. I found (Y/N) wearing his costume.

And he looks really good in it! I noticed All Might staring at me before putting his hand over his mouth and looked the other way.

All Might: So obvious.

I looked at my costume and realized what he was talking about. The ears from my mask and the design from my mouthpiece does resemble All Might's hair and smile.

(Y/N): Izuka! Is that you? You're Hero costume is really cool!

Izuka: O-Oh, you think so?

He nodded his head yes. I felt myself start to blush. Thank goodness my costume hides my face.

All Might: Listen up, you bunch of newbies! Today's training will be hard, but necessary!

I saw someone covered in white armor raise their hand up.

Tenya: May I ask what kind of training we will be taking part in?

So that's Tenya under all of that.

All Might: That is an easy question to answer.

He pulled out a piece of paper and started to look at it. Is that a script?

All Might: We will be splitting up you all in teams of two! One team will play the role of Heroes and the another team will play the role of villains. The villains will be in a building and have to protect a bomb until time runs out. The Heroes must either capture the villains or secure the bomb to win! Pretty simple right?

Bakugo: How much can we hurt the other team?!

Tenya: How will the teams be decided?

(Y/N): Is there a prize for the winning teams?

All Might: So many questions! I will be assigning team randomly!

Tenya: Randomly? Why is that?

I turned to look at Tenya.

Izuka: Think about it, Heroes often have to team up on the spot. So this can be a test to see how we can adapt to our partners Quirks!

Tenya: Oh, I see now. Good point Izuka.

All Might assigned people to teams and I was paired up with (Y/N) as Team A. I felt really happy that I was paired up with him.

All Might: Now that teams are assigned, I will be deciding who will be going first by drawing lots!

All Might reached into two boxes labeled as "Hero" and "Villain". He pulled out a ball from both boxes. I saw A on the ball from the Hero box and a D on the ball from the Villain box. Wait, Team D is Tenya... And Bakugo.

All Might: Looks like we know who will be going first! Tenya! Bakugo! Even if you are playing the role of villains, make sure to still give it your all!

Tenya: Yes sir!

I looked over and saw Bakugo staring me down. I felt a little scared as I looked down at the ground. No, I shouldn't be scared. I have a Quirk now. I looked back at Bakugo with a serious face. Bakugo was a bit caught off guard by it, but quickly put on his serious face.

All Might: Tenya and Bakugo, go into that building! You have 5 minutes to think of a plan! Izuka and (Y/N) you will wait outside of the building until that 5 minutes is up! Everyone else, follow me!

Tenya and Bakugo went inside of the building as everyone else walked away. Me and (Y/N) are standing outside of the building.

(Y/N): So we are going to battle inside of a building, so we are probably going to be in tight spaces and- Izuka! You're sweating through your costume!

I looked over at (Y/N) as I felt my cheeks hit up.

Izuka: Sorry... It's just... We are up against Bakugo.

(Y/N): I get that... I'm nervous too. But I want to show Bakugo that we aren't some pushovers that he gets to belittle us every chance he gets!

Izuka: (Y/N). He still has an amazing Quirk and will be a tough opponent.

(Y/N): But with my speed and your power, we can easily win this! After all, we don't have to beat Bakugo and Tenya, we just have to get their bomb or whatever!

I started to feel pumped as (Y/N) seems so confident that we could win. I smiled at him and nodded as me and him started to discuss of a strategy to win this test.

All Might: The 5 minutes are up! Heroes! You may begin!
