Left to Right: Nanakawa Rose, Carol Lu Linne, Aoimura Hane & Faye Lu Linne

Nanakawa Rose: Main character of the series. A carefree, go-lucky girl who loves hanging out with her best friends and pet pomeranian, Yuki. Rose, or "Rose-Chan" by Carol, has a habit of blinking her eyes three times whenever she gets and an idea. She owns the Pink Rose Key, she transforms into Pink Rose and her weapon a sword.

Carol Lu Linne: A gentle girl from England and younger of the Lu Linne sisters. Carol, being from England, has learned to speak English fluently. She loves to drink tea and sleep. Although she isn't the best at classwork or homework, or well any type of work. She owns the White Rose Key, she transforms into White Rose and her weapon is a Rapier.

Aoimura Hane: Hane is a ladylike girl who is a professional model, but would rather design clothes than model in them. She although loves lolita, especially sailor themed. She secretly plays video games, but hates that she does it but loves the games so much. She owns the Blue Rose Key, she transforms into Blue Rose and her weapon is a rifle.

Faye Lu Linne: Carol's older sister. Faye can be dramatic at times, but only because she likes the reactions see gets from the audience. She dreams of becoming an actress, like their mother. She is, besides Hane and Tori, is the only one on the team who is left handed. She owns the Purple Rose Key, she transforms into Violet Rose and her weapons are a pair of daggers.

Aoimura Tori: Hane's emotionless older sister and oldest of the team. She attends the elite high school unlike the others, who attend the normal middle school. Tori owns the Green Rose Key, she transforms into Mint Rose and her weapons are her boots.

Penelope "Penny" Browe: A transfer student from Ontario,Canada. Penelope is also the only character who speaks more than two languages; English, Japanese and French. She is often nicknamed Penny, Pen-Chan, Penny-Chan or just Penelope. She loves fairytales and has an entire library's worth in her room. She owns the Yellow Rose Key, she transforms into Yellow Rose and her weapons are a pair of gauntlets.

Nomoto Madoka: The youngest of the Rose Arch members being only 13. She loves playing puzzle games and shogi, even though she is bad a both. Madoka loves helping others, especially the elderly. She owns the Peach Rose Key, she transforms into Peach Rose and her weapons are a pair of sais.

Nomoto Hana: Madoka's older sister. A dance enthusiast, who dreams of becoming a dance teacher. Her specialty dancing styles are ballet, tap dancing and break dancing. She is known to be quite timid, quiet and shy, often keeping to her left most of the time. She owns the Orange Rose Key and she transforms into Orange Rose. Her weapons are a pair of knuckle braces.
