Hi, my name is Dusk!

If you're going through anxiety or panic attacks, I want you to know that you are not alone in this. I've had anxiety since 7th grade, but since then, I have been able to get it under control. There have been times where I couldn't do anything but worry and panic, but then I started to take some breath deep breaths in and out, reassuring myself that everything would be alright.

Another way I helped with my anxiety is by writing down my current emotions in journals. And upon looking back on them, I started to come to terms with the things that made my emotions run high. I know it may be hard for you right now, but I promise you, you will get through this because you are strong! If you ever need to talk about what is going on, I'm here to listen and help guide you. I may not be a professional, but I will do my best! :)
