J'jaye's POV:

Damn. I really screwed up here. Half of my mind is saying straight up kiss her now, the other half is saying deny everything. I can't win this. Can I?

"N-no, "  I can't lie to save my life.

"J'jayeeeeeee, tell meeeeeee, " She pleaded. Gosh she was cute but I can't say that...

"Fine. I like someone, but I'm not saying who." I said firmly.

"J'jayeeeeeeee pleaseeeee, I wanna know, " She giggled. It was so hard not to give in to that goddess.

"Natalie, actually shut it, " Naomi laughed, wacking her arm playfully. "Is she doesn't want to say, she doesn't have to. Would you say yours?" Nat went bright red and looked down. The. Funniest. Thing. Ever. Did I mention it made her ten times more adorable than usual? "See, so shut up!" Naomi laughed again.

"Stop winding your sister up!" Aimie exclaimed as she walked through.

"Who? Me or her?" Both blondes giggled.

"Both of you!" I joined in, although I didn't mind if they didn't stop...

A while later, I got a text from my brother, saying I was needed at home. But I made an impulsive decision as they waved me off.

"Hey Nat, can I ask you something?" I asked, almost timidly. I wasn't going to ask her anything though,

"Yeah, sure, what's up, J?" She took my hands. That's why I asked. Because that was always her reaction. I took a second to compose myself. I always did, so she wouldn't have thought anything of it. Then I pressed my lips against hers before breaking and walking home.
