Vevina Alexander is a hopeless romantic at heart. She had been with her partner since Freshman Year of High School. They had planned to go to the same college, graduate, and then get married and start their life together. A month before graduation, Vevina caught her partner with her cousin. After that she couldn't bear the thought of going to the same college as him.

Then Vevina found Everhade University. It had everything she needed. All combinations of Majors and Minors, but the best part was that the dorming was free. She sent in an application and was replied to almost immediately. She had been accepted and placed in her dorm.

The heartbroken hopeless romantic wasn't expecting much with her new roommates. She's definitely wasn't expecting new friendships and a blooming relationship in her future.

Lucky for her, neither were the other 7.

(1.) Be Nice! I want this to be a safe and positive space. Please respect the characters and their creators. If you don't then I'll replace your character and with no closure.

(2.) Be Diverse! I would rather not write the same boring white girls. I want personality, poc, lgbtq, ect. I want all types of character. I also want at least 3 non-females in this book so mix up the gender as well.

(4.) Slots! A lot of my other apply fics have slots, but this one is more open. I just want different majors and personalities. There won't be designated slots but give different pairs of personalities and majors. I also had this idea that there would be 4 hopeless romantics and 4 love is dead people. So that will also affect my decision, but not that much.

(5.) Be Active! Comment and vote. I want interaction to know if I'm doing well and to help me stay motivated. It really inspires me when people comment.

(6.) Deadline! Vevina wears her heart on her sleeve, literally, she has a tattoo there. She likes to let people know how she is feeling. Despite that she can take a while to trust people with her deepest secrets. She has this own system in her head of what to and what to not trust, she's added everything her ex did to her not to trust side. Vevina can be very confusing in her decisions, and people sometimes question why she did what she did. But she doesn't do things without believing in them. She likes being able to help put a smile on a person's face and sharing joy. She is a very mellow person when she's comfortable around you. When she really trusts you and likes you, she'll make little gifts to give you or she'll compliment and reassure you. She's stubborn when it comes to her morals and values. Even after getting her heart broken she still goes out searching and believes that love is real.

Backstory;

Ever since she was born, she's wanted to get away. Her parents marriage was already deteriorating when she was born. Vevina is 90% convinced they only had her to try and fix their marriage. She has one older sister, but they never connected because Vevina was her father's daughter and her sister was her mother's daughter. It was only in her Senior Year that Vevina really started to have a relationship with her sister, when they realized that both of their parents were horrible. Vevina feels guilty at times because one of the reasons she fell so deeply for her ex is because he was the opposite of her parents. When she became a Freshman in High School, her Aunt and Uncle moved in to help around the house since her dad started spending more and more time away. With her Uncle and Aunt came her Cousin, they never really got along but she still trusted her Cousin. That was until she helped her ex cheat on her. The worst part was, all her friends were because of her ex, so when they broke up, she lost them too.
