Riele's POV

So it's 1 days since that almost-kinda-close kiss

If that made anything sense

Today's Monday and sadly we have to go to school

And all I can say it has totally been to awkward around me and Jace. I don't know why though I mean it's not like we actually did kiss. Almost

But it also has me wondering what if my did hadn't interrupted us, how would it be to kiss him

"........ So yeah anyways which one do you like better?" Ella asked interrupting my thoughts

"Huh what?"

"Riele did you not just here every thing I just said?" Ella snapped

"Sorry I was thinking about something." I said sitting on Ella's bed

"About what?"

"Ok Ella if I tell you this you gotta promise not to tell anyone." I stated

"Of course.... Wait are you pregnant!! Who's the baby daddy? Wait it Jace obvi." She hoes straight to conclusions

"What Ella no!!"

"Good you don't need that on your first year of college." Ella laughs

"Ok well actually on Saturday Jace and I were hanging out in our door, nothing special just Netflix-" I stopped when I saw her open her mouth

"Just Netflix no Netflix and Chill just Netflix- well Netflix and Cheez It actually?" I stated confused cause what I said didn't sound right

"Anyways, we just finished watching Netflix and I was walking to the bathroom but I actually fell......... On top of Jace...... And we kinda stayed there maybe stared into eyes.......... And I was being stupid so I started leaning in and then you called so we didn't kiss." I explain

Ella smirked and sat on her bed with me "Did you want to kiss him."

"Pssh no." I said standing up from her bed

"Really so if I didn't call you wouldn't mind kissing Jace cause obviously you wanted cause you started leaning in." Ella grinned

"Psh no I mean..... Yeah well.... No but....... Actually I have the right to not answer that question." I snapped folding my arms over my chest

"Do you like Jace?"

Why did my heart race when she asked me

"No?" I said looking at the floor

"Do you think Jace makes you happy?"

"Well a tiny I mean he uses my sarcasm to make me laugh." I smiled

My brain came back reality for a sec "Shit what the fuck is happening to me and these feelings." I rub my temples

"Do you think Jace is cute?" Ella smirked

"I mean he's not ugly, actually he's quiet cute. I mean his eyes are pretty cute with the brown sparkles in them, or how his hair is perfect especially when he runs his hands through it or that smile and how it makes my heart melt and his smirk or his 6-pack which I have to say is quiet sexy-" I stopped when I realized what I was saying

I saw Ella was smirking real big

"No no I don't like Jace I don't think he's cute I don't like him and that's all!" I stated

"You really sure." Ella laughed "You probably are only rude to him cause you don't wanna admit that that you have feelings for him."

"That's not the case! I just really don't like him."

"Do you really want me to believe that?" She chuckles

"Yes! And stop laughing." I snapped

"Ok then." She grins

"Whatever we gotta go to class so we're not late."

I was walking to my second class when I spotted Michael leaning against a wall using his phone

Maybe I should talk to him it might get Jace out my head

Still don't know why I was thinking about him all day

"Hey Michael." I smiled walking to him

"Oh hi Riele." He smiles a little then looks back at his phone

"So it's weird how this is my first time see you without first bum-" He interrupted me

"Um are you sure your boyfriend isn't gonna be mad at you for talking to me?" He asked me

Boyfriend?

"Um I don't have a boyfriend." I laughed confused

"Um you and Jace aren't dating anymore?" He questioned

Jace!?

"What are you talking about Jace was never my boyfriend." I stated

"Really cause they way you guys acted on that party on Friday showed it and he told me." He said

"Michael can you please explain to me everything that me and Jace did including when he told you we were dating." I said

"JACE LEE NORMAN!! WHY ON EARTH... WHOA." I stopped when I walked into a shirtless Jace

I wasn't complaining but still

"Whoa calm down what are you yelling about?" He ask me putting on his shirt again

"I need so many answers from you about that party on Friday like why on earth did you tell Michael we're dating!?!? And when did we ever kiss?" I asked throwing my stuff on the couch

"Oh..... Yeah I've been meaning to talk about that with you." He laughs looking at the floor

"Did you really?"

"No. I mean I thought you would never find out." He stated

"Ok first question I need, why, how did we kiss!?!"

"Well it happened when you were really drunk, I tried to stop you and take you home but you wouldn't and then you started flirting with me and eventually kissed me then Michael popped out of now where." He explained

"I was really that drunk that I kissed you and I didn't remember it? Wait did we do anything else!?" I asked

"No but you kept trying to do more than a kiss with me but I stopped you it wasn't easy but I did." He said

"Ok now to the part where you told Michael we're dating."

"Well right after you kissed me Michael came out of nowhere and I told him that we're dating so he can leave." He explained

"Why would you do that!?"

"He was distracting me from taking you and Ella drunk self home."

"God I actually thought this guy was cute and now he thinks I'm dating you." I groan sitting on the couch

"Ooo Riele has a crushie." Jace laughs

"Well not anymore." I groaned

"Just tell him the truth."

"Do you think he'll believe it?" I asked sitting up

"I think he will." He shrugged

"Um also sorry about Saturday thing..... You know when we fell and..... Almost..... Yeah." I laughed embarrassed

"Oh don't worry about it I mean it's not like we actually kissed or something." He laughs awkwardly

"Yeah but if we did at least time I'll remember it." I joked

"To be honest it was shocked to see you that hyped while drunk." He smirked

"Well that was my first time getting drunk so- wait did I like do anything bad while I was drunk."

"Nothing that I know of." He smirks

"Gotta stop smirking it's not that cute." I smirked and rolled my eyes

"Your saying your smirk is cute or something?" He questions

"I mean any boy could fall for this." I smirked

He smirked even harder staring into my eyes

Gosh I can't focus with his gorgeous eyes in the way

"Like that you should-" I stopped and grabbed his face but realized how good his face structure is, I mean his jawline is on point

"R-Really work on it." I stumbled on my words by his eyes

Then his hand softly touch my hand that was on his face then he mumbled something "Riele I can't do this anymore."

"Jace-" I was interrupted by Jace smashing his lips on mines

A million sparks came rushing through my body

5 seconds into the kiss we finally broke free

"Um sorr-" I stopped him grabbed his face and smash my lips onto his falling on the couch and getting sparks all over my body again

Prefect time to kiss him right after I just sweared I didn't like him
