"A-Are you sure y-you're okay?" He asks again after watching Harry a while longer, "I'm fine.. um what were you talking to Niall about the other day? I know it was you, Liam refuses to call him at work.."

"It w-wasn't me..."

Harry sighs, "Why are you lying? Are you guys having a affair?"

The younger man gasps before laughing hysterically at his boyfriend's words. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"Ew babes are you serious? I could never and would never. Oh my God Liam would kill me. You would kill me."

"So why are you lying?" He sits up straighter with a frown on his face. "I don't get you anymore..."

"I-I just-" Louis stops when the waiter finally approaches with their food, neither was even thinking about the new restaurant anymore. Too distracted by their problems. "I'm not r-ready for all th-that you w-want... that's what we-we were talking a-about.."

"Why did you let me date you then? Why'd you let me fall for you these past two years if you knew that you'd never be ready? You knew you'd never want to move forward."

"I d-didn't know..."

"You had to fucking know!" He says angrily, getting slightly louder. "I- I'm sorry for swearing... I can't do this anymore." The older man gets up, drops a few bucks on the table before leaving. Louis quickly follows, "Wait! P-please." He reaches for his boyfriends arm but it's quickly pulls away.

"Harry?!"

At this point the older man had tears in his eyes so even though he stopped in his tracks, he didn't turn to look at him.

"I'm sorry, Lou.. I just- Goodbye."

Harry walks off, quicker than before because he knew if Louis pleaded with him he'd be right back in his arms.
