After Louis eats and decided they should switch to a hotel that's closer to the hospital, they return and Harry's finally fully woke and mostly himself again.

Louis tells the boys to leave and waits for the nurse to bring Harry's food around, she comes and he stands up from the chair outside the room, "Um c-can I take th-that in f-for y-you?"

"No, sorry you can't." She moves to go into the room but Louis stops her.

"P-please I wanna s-surprise h-him. I've b-been p-practicing." He blushes and looks down.

The nurse sighs then looks around, "Okay you can but I'll be in soon." She gives him a warm smile when he looks up excited then hands over the tray of food. "Thank y-you so-so much."

He knocks on the door and waits for Harry, "Come in," he says in a monotone voice.

"R-Room Ser-service" Louis says walking into the room.
