Niall spent the night with Liam as Louis stayed in the hospital room with Harry.

"You think long distance works?" Liam asked as they cuddle in bed after a long bath together -no funny business was allowed by Niall's request-, "Uh no not really..."

"Oh..." Liam rubs his chest tracing his name softly, "Why'd you ask?"

"No reason, hon."

"You wouldn't bring it up for nothing." Niall pulls away and sits up, "What is it?"

"Nothing, hon. Lay back down."

"No, talk to me." Liam sits up and hugs a pillow, he really wished he didn't ask the question but Louis talking about them being together kept playing in his head. "Why don't you think it works?"

"Because it doesn't."

"I need more than that."

"We have something fun and I don't want to mess it up. I don't want to get all serious and argue about trust everyday."

"I'd trust you." Liam says taking Niall's hand but he pulls them away, "That's what you say now until you see me pictured with other people then you'd start questioning my every move."

"You don't know that."

"Liam..."

"Fine fine," he lays down, pulling Niall with him so they're spooning. "But if you were mine.... I'd never question you because I'd know you're with me at the end of the day." Liam whispers before pecking his neck, Niall blushes not saying a word.

The next day Niall was attached to Liam everywhere he went, he really liked him a lot but he didn't want to admit it. It's the afternoon when they headed to the hospital finding Louis sleep balled up in the chair next to the bed.

"Louis", Liam shakes him and Lou pushes his hand away, "L-let me-me sleep."

"Babes, you look uncomfortable. We can take you to the hotel."

He gets up and stretches, "I'm up. I d-don't n-need to go t-to the-the hotel."

"Have you been sleep?" Niall asked giving his tired figure a once over, "N-no... but I-I was trying to-to."

"You need to sleep in a bed."

"No. L-leave me alone." he gets up and leaves the room.

"He's stubborn." Liam chuckles as Niall shakes his head, "I know. I'll talk him into going somehow."
