16- Hangover party, the ship that finally sailed and don't come back until late!

Alex's pov

Hangovers are the free prize at the end of every bottle of alcohol. Monstrous headaches that turn aspirin into your one and only hope of ever feeling better again.

There those few special snowflakes who never get hangovers, either because they don't drink that much or don't drink at all. But that's not the case with my roommates.

After the events of last night, where they both consumed unknown but presumably very big amounts of alcohol, it would only seem natural that these two would be feeling like someone is running a train over their heads. And, unfortunately for them, that's exactly what happened.

The sight was actually pretty amusing. Both of them sitting on the couch, looking up at the ceiling, groaning like two old men full of backaches, how could I possibly not enjoy it just a tiny bit?

"Would you please stop enjoying our pain?" Wonwoo groaned noticing me looking at the both of them with a small smirk.

"I can't. This actually funnier than it's supposed to be"

"I feel like someone is banging on my head." Mingyu groaned.

"I feel like my brain is going to explode."

"Well Wonwoo, if you feel like it's really going to explode, please step outside so I don't have to clean the mess later."

"You're a terrible girlfriend!" Wonwoo accused.

"I was just joking!"

Needless to say that the groaning went on for a while. Thankfully for me, Minghao texted me saying that since he also had two hangovered messes to deal with, we might as well take care of them together. Plus, since Woozi spent the night at their place and he was still there, he could hit them in case they get too annoying. How could I possibly refuse such offer?

After spending at least twenty minutes trying to convince Wonwoo and Mingyu to get off the couch, I managed to drag them to Minghao's apartment where the sight of Jun and Hoshi laying on the floor groaning very loudly while Woozi impatiently tried to wake them up, was the first thing that saw after Minghao let us in.

"So...are you ready for this?" Minghao asked while looking at the scene in his apartment. Wonwoo and Mingyu were already sitting on the couch, groaning as loud as the other two, making Woozi even more annoyed than he already was.

"Honestly, no."

"We can both just run and leave them here to fend for themselves."

"As tempting as that sounds, I would rather not leave Woozi alone with them. There are too many objects in your apartment that can be used as a weapon...and also an actual weapon."

"Alright then. Let's get this hangover party started!"

'Hangover party', as sarcastic as that sounds, is a far more nicer way of defining the time me, Minghao and Woozi spent taking care of those four. I would rather not give the details, all that matters is that they're all feeling better now, despite the massive amount of complaining, groaning and threats from both parts.

Currently, me, Wonwoo and Mingyu were inside the elevator, on our way back to our own apartment.

"Was it really necessary of Woozi to turn on loud music knowing fully well how much my head was killing me?" Mingyu complained.

"You shouldn't have made fun of his height then."

"Then why did you turn the volume even louder afterward?"

"Because you called me short several times after you made fun of Woozi." I answered.

"When are you going to learn to not tease them for their heights, Mingyu?"

"Like you are any better Wonwoo! You laughed when Alex was struggling to reach the cupboard!" Mingyu defended.

"And for that, he got hit in the head!"

"But you looked so cute!"

"Shut up Wonwoo!" I grumbled.

Once the elevator doors open, we started to hear shouting in the hallway, confusing the three of us. When we reached the source of the commotion, we quickly hid behind a wall.

It was Seungcheol and Jeonghan. They were having an argument and by the looks of it, it was very ugly. I couldn't make out what they were saying since they were both shouting very loudly and at the same time, but I deduced that it had something to do with what happened yesterday. Mingyu, Wonwoo and I shared confused looks, wondering whether we should intervene or not, but before we could do anything, the very thing that I've been longing for since I met the official parents of this building, finally happen. They kissed!

"OH MY GOD!" the three of us screamed at the same time, not even bothering to pretend that we weren't spying on them.

Our shouting and constant squealing alerted the pair who quickly broke apart in embarrassment.

"Oh sorry! W-we weren't spying! I swear! I mean, we were but we didn't mean to!" Wonwoo clumsily attempted to explain while trying not to fanboy at the sight we just witness.

"We didn't mean to interrupt!" Mingyu said in between squeals.

"We're just so happy for you two! We'll be going now!"

"Yeah, you two have fun!" I exclaimed, trying to keep my fangirling to the minimum.

"But not too much fun! Remember that we leave next door!" Mingyu declared while Wonwoo grabbed his arm and dragged him and me to our apartment, yearning a small grin from Coups.

Once we closed the door, the three of us continue the fangirling and squealing.

The ship has finally sailed and I couldn't possibly be happier about it.

For some reason unknown to me, Mingyu declared that we were out of food, which wasn't the really our case, but I wasn't going to complain since Mingyu did voluntarily offered to buy it. That leaves me and Wonwoo alone.

Since I was getting slightly bored, I decided to do a quick raid in Wonwoo's closet. Don't blame me, the guy has an extensive collection of oversize sweaters and I intend to use my girlfriend privileges so I can at least borrow one or two...or maybe keep them for myself. Before we started to date, I was way too shy to ask him for permission, even after we became best friends. But now that we're dating, I figured he wouldn't mind much.

After putting his grey sweater on, I headed to the living room where Wonwoo was watching a movie.

"Hey, what are you watching?" I asked. Wonwoo turned his head to answer, but once he noticed what I was wearing, his eyes widen.

"...is that mine?"

"Maybe?" I admitted, sitting on the couch next to him.

"...may I ask why are you wearing it?"

"Because I like it. Is there a problem?"

"No, I'm not complaining...you look cute." Once he got over the initial shock, he joked. "For a moment I thought you were trying to look like me."

"You wish!"

"Sorry to break it to you, but you can't look as good as me."

"Fine then! Give me your glasses!"

"This should be good." He grinned handing me the glasses.

"How do I look?" I asked once I put them on. Wonwoo smirked faded.

"You okay there?"

"...yes...I mean, yes! Give me a second!" Wonwoo said while grabbing his phone.
