It's been a week since they transferred Helix from the hospital, I still hadn't seen him and had no idea how he was doing. No one told me where he was being transferred to and I could not get to Lisa, she had gone MIA since that day. I wasn't sure if it was because she was busy taking care of Helix or if she was avoiding me, whatever the case maybe I was in the dark and being in the dark was a nasty place to be when you felt guilty for the situation. However Blair said no news was good news and that's what I'd been trying to comfort myself with all week.

I sigh as I walk into my ecology class but stop in my tracks.

Laughing seated on a table surrounded by girls laughing is Helix.

He was fine? I breathe a sigh of relief and pause as a girl says something to his ears that causes him to break into a loud laughter.

I'd spent the past week worried sick about him yet here he was hale, very hearty and doing what he does best. A frown fills my face as I recall Lisa's words and get angry at myself for ever blaming myself. She was right, it wasn't my fault that Helix only thought of how to bag me and hence put his health at risk. I had no idea how long he'd been unconscious, but I was sure he wasn't supposed to be here. Seeing that he was here, surrounded by girls I suddenly understood how stupid I'd been recently. A leopard doesn't change its spots. If he put his health at risk to try getting me attracted to him. Then what's stopping him from doing the same for these girls? Rolling my eyes at myself, I head over to my table and say hi to Kravitz and the rest of the group.

"Is that Helix?" Evan asks as he walks in and takes a seat. "I thought he was admitted. Is he better now" He asks glancing at Helix.

"Well, it must not be serious seeing as he's here now, right Hestia?" Emma asks.

"Huh?" I say pretending to not have been listening. Fondling with my backpack.

"I asked if Helix looks sick to you," she reiterates.

"A sick person doesn't surround themselves with girls," I reply snidely, beating myself up for being unable to stop the snide.

"What do they surround themselves with?" A familiar voice says next to my ears sending a cold air down my back. I jolt, taken aback by Helix appearing next to me. He smirks and leans in, his face inches from mine.

"Hi," he says smiling, looking into my eyes, disconcerting me.

"Hi," I reply quickly looking down.

"What's wrong, didn't you want to see me again?" He asks to which I look back up. His eyes hold onto mine making me unable to look away as I'm met with a slightly hurt expression.

"No, I just thought I'd never see you again," I reply wondering if he was okay. However, he did look okay. I had so many questions, yet I wasn't sure if it was my place to ask.

He smirks and strokes my hair.

"I'm glad to see you again Hestia Raymond," he says our eyes staring into each other.

"Same," Sophie says suddenly appearing by his side and pulling him away to her side of the table. I exhale.

"What happened to you?" She asks as she pushes him into a seat next to her.

"Nothing," He says and leans in, whispering, "I just needed an excuse to travel to Paris," he says causing me to pause. That's not true.

"No way, goodness Helix," she says, and breaks into giggles as does everyone else on the table with the exception of me.

Why is he lying? Did he not want them to know the truth? I think of his image and nod, yeah, he probably would not want anyone knowing that about him.

He goes on to tell them about his "escapade to Paris" and they all listen intently while I quietly observe.

It was amazing how the lie just easily rolled over his tongue, and they bought it. Was this how easily I had fallen for his charms too? How easily you almost fell for it again, I realize remembering the minutes prior and smack myself internally.

Shaking my head, I pull out my notebook from the open bag.

"Okay, I guess it's time to start," The professor announces, and class starts.

We spend the rest of the class in peace, or I tried to but somehow kept getting distracted by Sophie and helix flirting.

After, class I pack up my notebook and get ready to leave when the professor asks me to stay behind, as well as Helix.

I head over to speak with her wondering what was going on.

"Could you please provide Helix with your notes for what he missed last class?" She asks to which I nod.

"Thank you, and Helix if there's any questions you have feel free to reach out to me. I'm glad to see you back," she says to which he smiles and thanks her and I a roll my eyes. Does his flirting not have an age gap? How's that your business? Another voice says in my head, to which I let out a deep breath.

"That's all I had, you can leave," she says to which I nod and head out, Helix follows behind me and as we step out I bump into someone.

"I'm sorry," I say.

"Oh no, I'm... henry?" An older lady says looking behind me.

I turn and see Helix behind me with a weird expression across his face.

"Henry! I thought it was you. How have you been? What are you doing here?" She asks with a British accent a smile across her lips.

I glance at Helix confused.

"You have the wrong person," he says sounding cold. To which I look at him, I guess he had an age limit for flirting...

"What?" She says with a confused expression.

"I'm not Henry," he says.

"Is it? You look just like him I thought...and your accent," She says and pauses placing her palm across her heart. "I'm so sorry," she says shaking her head. "I must be getting old," she says and chuckles. To which I smile.

"It's okay, a lot of people get us mixed up," Helix says surprising me, he knew this Henry?

"Oh, you know Henry then? Are you related?" She says as if reading my thoughts.

"He's my twin brother," Helix replies shocking me, Helix had a twin brother?

"Oh, He Hell..." She says as if trying to recall.

"Helix," Helix says.

"Yes, that's it. Helix! I've heard so much about you from Henry. It's so nice to finally meet you! Are you in this school?" She asks to which he nods.

"Let me guess, engineering?" She asks to which Helix nods.

"That's amazing, Henry always talked about your love for engineering, while he loved architecture. He'd always tell stories about how you'd both build the best houses together. What a pleasant surprise," she says all smiles.

"How's he doing? Is he also here?" She asks.

"No, he's in England,"

"England? I never thought he'd ever be able to separate from you," She says to which I smile. 

"Well, I'm so glad to have finally met you. Do please send him my regards when you speak with him. Tell him Mrs. Whitefield sends her regards," she says to which I smile awkwardly.

"I will," Helix replies to which she thanks him and says goodbyes.

"I didn't know you had a twin brother," I say genuinely shocked as she walks away.

"A lot of people don't," He replies and starts walking. I quickly follow.

"Wow, considering she mixed you up, I'm guessing you're identical?" I ask to which he nods.

"Amazing, who'd have thought," I say and stop in front of him, searching at his face.

"What?" He says raising a brow.

"I just can't imagine there being a second you," I reply

"Why? Is it that shocking?"

"Not so much shocking as it is pitiful,"

"Pitiful?" He says looking confused.

"One of you torturing the world is already a lot, now imagine two of you. What did we ever do to deserve that?" I say teasingly and chuckle.

"Interesting," he says causing me to pause and turn.

"What? Is?" I ask still smiling.

"Henry once said the same thing,"

"See even he agrees with me," I say and shake my head in laughter, but pause when I notice Helix has a pained expression on his face.

"Are you okay?" I ask, and as if to answer he teeters slightly. I quickly hold onto him.

"Helix, hold on I'm calling 911," I say holding onto his hand worried. However he grabs onto my hand and shakes his head. Releasing my hand he slides to the ground and places his head against the wall. "I'm just light headed, I'll be okay in a few minutes," he says shutting his eyes.
