I stare at him wide eyed thinking I didn't hear him right

"Wait what?" I ask him and he snorts at that

"I'm teaching you to drive! This dirt road leads on for miles and has turns and stuff another day I can teach you to park but right noe we can focus on driving." He said and my heart starts pounding

"Nope nope nope! This is not a good idea." I state shaking my head and he chuckles

"Come one Nico. No one drives on this road and there isn't any huge obstacles." He said and I shake my head and he grabs my hand and froze

"Nico you're literally shaking, I didn't think you would be this scared." He says softly and I take a deep breath

"I lied, my Dad tried to take me driving once I was doing well. Until we got hit by a car that lost control and I saw it and I couldn't move out of the way since it was coming right for us and I didn't want to lose my Dad like I lost my mom so I turned the car in time so it would hit my side instead of my Dad's...I got seriously injured. When I woke up in the hospital my Dad was on the phone with my sister Bianca and I heard him say "I can't lose him like I lost your Mother...since then I've been too scared to drive..." I say quietly and Will was silent. I could tell he was hesitant to speak until he sighs

"I was the same way for a long time...I didn't get in a car accident but since my Mom's death I refused to learn to drive. Until one day a friend of mine. Austin. Got in my face and told me 'If you live you life in fear you will never know what you'll miss out on. And that my Mom wouldn't want me to be scared.' I'm not gonna force you Nico but I think it will be a good for you to face your fears." He said to me softly holding my hand

I finally look up at him and he was staring at me with his ocean eyes and I sigh with a small smile

"I mean it would be a waste to drive all the way up here." I say letting go of his hand and unbuckling my seatbelt

"Wait really?" He asked as I get out of the car and go to the driver's side as he was waiting there

"Your right Will. But, if I feel any type of danger I'm stopping the car and we are switching back." I say my hand still shaking and he grabbed both my hands and kissed them

"Deal, I'm so proud of you and your mom is too" He said kissing the top of my head and let's me get in the drivers seat and closes my door and heads to the passenger side

I take deep breaths and shaking my head out of possible scenarios and buckle up tightly and Will buckles up and I put my foot on the break and start the car putting it in drive

"Alright so your just gonna pull onto the dirt road." He instructs and I let my foot off the break and slowly push onto the gas and pull onto the dirt road

"Very good" He compliments and I smile nervously and continued driving

I relaxed a little more and Will talked calmly to me and I eventually relaxed enough to talk back.

We get to a turn and Will tells me to turn the blinker on and I do and turn right and I did okay but I was really slow

"That was good Nico, next to try a little faster if you can." He smiles and I nodded laughing a little

"My heart is pounding." I admit and chuckles a little

"Your doing great Neko" he smiles and I blush glancing at him and then back at the road

We get to another turn and I turn the blinker on and turn onto it and I actually didn't slow down as much and Will wooped

"That's great babe your doing amazing." He said and my heart swelled up and I'm not stiff holding the steering wheel

"Okay a car is coming this way, just stay on this side and keep your speed." He says and I notice lights ahead

The minute those head lights hit my vision my mind goes back to the crash with my Dad, all I saw was headlights and I turned the car and then was hit

I slam on the breaks and Will and I lurch forward and the car drives by stopping next to us

"Is everything okay?" A lady asks and Will glanced at me but I stared at the steering wheel

"Teaching him to drive." Will smiles and the lady laughs

"Been there. You got this hunny" She says and I wave a little and she drives off

"Shit Nico, what was that are you okay?"  Will asks and I put the car in park and unbuckled my seatbelt

"I'm done for today." I mumble and he frowned but nodded

"Okay.." he says and we get out of the car and as we walk by each other and kissed my head and I get in the passenger side and he gets in the drivers side and we buckle up

He does a U-Turn and we head back and it was quiet

I stare out the window for a bit and I felt him glance at me a lot and he sighed pulling off the road and turning the car off and I look at him and he is turned facing me

"What happened back there?" He asks quietly and I sigh and unbuckled my seat belt and turn facing him

"The head lights...I didn't know that I have ptsd from the crash but the minute her headlights hit my vision I got....like a flash back from the crash. I panicked..." I admit and place my face in my hands

He reached over and pulled me in a hug rubbing my back and kissed my head

"Are all my therapy sessions in your car?" I ask quietly and he chuckles and pulls away

"Yes. And I know it's scary and I know this is hard. But I think you should give it a try again, you were doing amazing. Just one more try and we will end it tonight. Okay?" He asks and I take a deep breath and nod

"Okay. I will." I smile and he grins and leans over kissing me passionately making me giddy and eager as I kiss back

"When we get home I might have to reward you." He mumbles and I turn dark red at that and when he sees he smirks

"You'll see, now get your cute ass out of the car and let's switch" He says and I roll my eyes

"Can't say things like that and not expect me to react." I mumbled getting out and he laughs loudly and ruffles my hair passing each other

I hesitated getting in and I see Will looking at me with worry and I take a breath and get in and buckle up

Will follows and I put my foot on the break, start the car and put it in drive

"Alright so instead of turning around. Your gonna drive the rest of what we did until we get to the end of the dirt road" He explains and I nod and take my foot off the break and on the gas and  get back on the road

I speed up a bit to how I was driving and keep that speed

"Alright you're doing good. Now this is a sharp left turn. You got this Neko." He said and I blush at that and turn

I grinned as I smoothly made the turn and Will chuckles at my enthusiasm

"Good job, alright so keep going and in a couple hundred feet you'll turn right then the rest of the road is straight." He said and I nodded

"Thank you." I say quietly and I saw him look at me curiously

"What for?" He asked and I make that right he was talking about and continue to drive

"For believing in me." I smile looking at him and he smiled

"I'll always believe in you." He says softly and I look back on the road and see lights in the distance heading this way

"Nico..." I hear him ask and I clench the steering wheel

"I wanna try." I whisper and he nods quietly and let's me focus

The headlights hit my vision and I see the crash again but this time Will was in the seat and panic seezes through me but I don't budge this time knowing I can cause a crash if I do this and the car drives past

"Nico that was....Nico?" Will starts and I take the car off to the side and put it in park as I take deep breaths

They were heavy and labored and Will grabs my hand and I squeeze it

"You were there." I whisper and his expressions saddens and kisses my head

"Hey its okay, it's okay we are fine see?" He asks and I look at him and see no injuries and in calm down

"We will figure this out, trust me. But you did so well tonight Nico, I'm so proud of you" He praises and my stomach flutters and I get a weird feeling

"Thank you.." I blushed darkly and he raises and eyebrow and smirks

"Come on. Let's get home" he says and we switch and I relax getting on the passenger side and buckle up and he does the same and turns on the road and soon we were driving on normal road heading back in town

The sun had fully set and I watch the car drive by

I could feel Will constantly looking at me and as we turn into the apartment complex and when he turns the car off and I get out he rushes to my side and picks me up

I squeak in surprise and wrap my legs around him and he chuckles and I cling to him as he walks us up to our apartment

He somehow opens the door holding me  and heads to the couch (yes he locked the door) and sits down and I straddle him

"Your up to something Solace." I mumble looking at him and he smirks

"With you" I say and he runs his hand through my hair

"Sorry, should have warned you." He says and I giggle and I hear him laugh lightly as he puts soap in my hair and scrubbing it

"I could have done that." I said, he is going out to care for me. I feel bad

"I like doing it. Caring for people, and your extra special so you get special treatment." He says and I blush at that and relax feeling his fingers scratch against my scalp closing my eyes

"This feels nice." I mumble the exhaustion catching up to me and he sighs happily

"I'm glad." He says and I start drifting off and he starts rinsing my hair avoiding my eyes running hand through my hair

"Nico?" I hear him ask but my brain wouldn't let me respond as I start drifting to dream world

I hear a faint laugh as I start drowning out the noise and a soft kiss on the top of my head

"I got you" I hear before everything goes dark
