Gadget's Pov:
"Cleaning time!" Sonic exclaimed as he threw us garbage bags. I rolled my eyes at his excitement. "Remember team, pick up any scraps or just trash in general from today! Then, once you're done just throw it in the incinerator and go home for the day." He explained and we all nodded. And so, he started cleaning up which meant it was our turn to clean up. We had just finished construction for a school. Everything was going according to plan but, who cares. I don't care for other people. I may have served during the war but, that was because I wanted to get a closer look at him. My crush. The Resistance was the only thing to bring me a bit closer to him. I didn't care if we had to fight him in fact, I would lose just to see him again once more. I would never hurt my crush even during a war. He means everything to me, he is the only Jackal I actually care about. He makes me feel alive and full of emotions. I could my energy return just thinking about him and I started picking up scraps of trash from the floor. I was about to pick up one scrap until a hand landed on mine. I looked up to see Ira or Infinite the Jackal. "Oh, sorry!" I exclaimed as I pulled my hand away. "It's fine, don't worry about it." He replied with a smile. So cute and kind! I want him all to myself! Ira then got up and went somewhere else. I grabbed the scrap of trash he touched and put it into my utility belt. I began to quietly follow him, he touched my hand!

I began drooling from the touch alone and I felt myself warming up from my blush. It's amazing how he doesn't notice me, I can just stare at him all day. I heard footsteps approach him and I quickly hid behind something which was a tall bush. "Hey, Infy! How are you doing?" A girly voice asked, I looked over the corner to see Amy. What does she want? Sonic warned me about how clingy and annoying she can be. I can see now because she won't get away from Ira. "Nothing much just doing cleaning time. Anyway, is there anything you need from me?" He asked.

"Well, Infinite, I was just wondering maybe we can catch up! You and Sonic talk a lot about plans and stuff like that. You never have time for me, a good friend!" Amy replied, in a whiny voice. I gripped onto the bush as I lowly growled. What is she implying when she says that? "Yeah, that would be cool I guess. I'll see if I'm free. Okay?" Infinite spoke. I felt my heart crack, is he really going to accept something like that so easily? "Of course! Thanks, Infy!" Amy exclaimed and he nodded before leaving.

"He actually accepted going on a date with me! Maybe, we can become more than friends!" She spoke, trying to calm herself down. Oh, so she thinks this is a date. She loves him, doesn't she? Well, she doesn't love him in the way I love him. She'll never understand how important he is to me. I'm not going to allow something like to happen so, I need a permanent solution. Killing....it sounds like a perfect solution plus she'll never come back. I'm doing Infinite and Sonic a favor, alright. I walked up to Amy with a smile on my face.

"Amy! Can you come with me? I need help with something." I lied. "Of course, Rookie. Lead the way!" She replied, cheerfully. She's gonna regret trying to take him away from me. I lead her to a secluded area of the site where no one would be able to see us. "Hey, Rook. Why are we here?" She asked, worried as she sweated. "Kinda lied. I don't need help, I just wanted to give to a surprise and it was hidden here so, close your eyes." I explained and she nodded as she put her hands over her eyes.

I looked around the area to see what I could use until my eyes landed on a fire extinguisher. I walked over to where it was on the ground and picked up. My training in the Resistance sure does pay off. I walked behind her and raise the weapon ever so carefully. "Can I open my eyes now?" Amy asked and I made a noise of approval. She turned around and her eyes widen at the sight but, before she could run, I hit her. She landed on the ground with blood from her head.

I got on top of her and repeatedly started hitting her with the fire extinguisher. Until blood was splattered everywhere and her head was slightly deformed. I got up and wiped the blood off of me. I realized I would need to clean all evidence. I spotted a bottle next to a pile of materials and I walked closer to it. "Hydrogen Peroxide." The bottle read as I picked it up. I remembered what I read about this on the computer the other day. I quickly picked up Amy's corpse and placed it into the bag along with my gloves.

I tied the bag up and tried to find a cloth of sorts. I ended up finding a small amount of it and dripped Hydrogen Peroxide on it. I then went on my knees and cleaned up all the blood surrounding the ground. Once that was done, I cleaned off my utility belt, glasses, and headgear. I got up and picked up the bag that was surprisingly light along with the cloth. I carried both items to the incinerator and placed them in there as I closed the door. I smiled as I immediately left the site as my duties were now done.

I spotted Infinite walking alone and I quietly walked behind him.

Staring.
