Hello Guys, since today is our Sonakshi Rastogi Sippy i.e our Sona's birthday so I decided to write an one shot on how her Dr. Surgeon would celebrate her birthday .

November.

Sonakshi's birthday month,

Rohit can't stop thinking how he would surprise his wife as it was her first birthday after their marriage. Last year, they had been busy with their pre marriage ritual and as it was her last birthday with her family, they celebrated in Goregaon at Sonakshi's home. Sonakshi showed him how her fans, media houses and other persons celebrated her birthday. As her fans would be continuously tagging her in pre-birthday countdowns.

So he had to think of another plan to surprise his dear wife.

"Idea!!"

Rohit suddenly got an idea and called his family members via intercom as Sonakshi is already added in their family WhatsApp group.

After some minutes,

"Rohit! Why did you call us?" Veena Sippy inquired. "I was inspecting in the kitchen and you called telling it's super-urgent." Veena Sippy was annoyed.

"Mumma! It's more important than your kitchen inspection, Let all come then I am telling why I called you all." Rohit couldn't control his excitement, and why he should control, it was his dear wife's birthday.

"Arre, what's so important!!" Veena asked Rohit annoyed.

"Mumma! Mumma! Mumma, Sonakshi's birthday is on the 7th, and I want to give her a beautiful surprise, but I can't get any idea. So I called all of you to suggest an idea to me.. Please ….I can't think of any .."Rohit confessed all to Veena.

"Achhaa. That's why my son is so happy and excited today, his wife's birthday is coming! Let me think of an idea...hmmm.. I got an idea! Let all the family members come then I'll share.. "

"I loveeee you to Mumma.." Rohit shouted happily.

"I love you too my son…"

After some minutes,

Everybody came into Ronakshi''s room. Sonakshi was in night shoot and she would not come home before 4. So everyone was in Ronakshi's room.

"Since everyone is here, I want to say why you guys are called. As it's November and Sonakshi's birthday is on 7th Nov, I wanted to surprise her, so I need help from you guys." Rohit announced this to his family members.

"Sona Bhabhi's birthday!!! Wow. What have you thought of bhaiya? Can't wait to make that day special for her.." said Ajit who was excited.

"Wow. Sonakshi bhabhi's birthday... Very nice Rohit, just tell me what to do...one min, one min I'll decide an outfit for bhabhi.."Pooja exclaimed in happiness.

"Poojie! Poojie! I have decided an outfit earlier, you have to see that Sona doesn't get any idea that we're planning for a surprise. Make her busy the day before." Rohit assigned work for Pooja.

"Okay! Rohit." Pooja assured.

"Okay guys as I have decided that I would continue the idea given by Mom, you have to follow the instructions. Ajit and YK make sure it's followed." Rohit asked Ajit and YK.

"Done Bhaiya/Rohit!" Ajit and YK said in unison.

"Okay listen carefully to what I say…" Rohit then started telling the plan to others.

"... and then meet us in Akash Chachu's restaurant." Rohit finished the plan.

"Okay Rohit/Bhai.." Everybody agreed.

"So Ajit please take care of the decoration. YK please take care that reservations are done on time." Rohit instructed Ajit and YK.

"Akash Chachu please take care that all the dishes made are Sona's favourite and please help Ajit in decoration because I know this guy does in time." Rohit instructed Akash Chachu.

"Don't be worried Rohit, I would manage everything." Akash Chachu assured him.

"Okay!!!" 

"Sona be ready to get one of the best surprises on your birthday.." Rohit thought.

6th November,2020 : 

Sonakshi was sleeping after a hectic schedule at work. Nowadays she had to do night shoots as the sequence is of night. So she used to come very late at home but glad that she got such a beautiful and understanding family.

Rohit was watching his Sona sleeping. He could not thank his stars enough that he got such a lovely and beautiful wife whom he loved on the moon and back. 

As soon as Sonakshi was shifting in the bed, he got up and went to the bathroom to freshen up. He wanted to ignore Sona today, so that his surprise went well. As Sona told earlier, she had to go to different media houses for some interviews for her fans on the occasion of her birthday. She took a day off from the shoot to celebrate her birthday. 

So Rohit hurriedly freshened up and went downstairs to inspect if his plan was going well.

"So guys…are you ready?"

"Yes Rohit!"

"I'm going to the hospital now, Poojie make sure Sona is busy and doesn't get any idea of our plan."

With this Rohit went to the hospital.

Sonakshi came downstairs after 20 mins and found that Rohit left for hospital.

"Rohit never goes to hospital without hugging me. What happened to him today?" Sonakshi thought.

She then went to have breakfast.

"Hello and Good morning to you all." Sonakshi wished all her family members.

"Good Morning Sona/Sonakshi/Bhabhi..!" Everybody wished her.

"Where is Rohit?" Sonakshi asked.

"Bhabhi! Rohit went to hospital as it was an emergency and he said that his phone won't be available upto 6 as the operation is a critical one..He told me that I had to accompany you to all the places you were going that day." Poojie answered her.

"Okay. Let's go.." Sona assured absentmindedly. She wasn't happy as Rohit always wishes her before going to hospital and manages even when it's an emergency. But today. She wasn't happy as the next day was her birthday and here Rohit is ignoring her. But what to do! Work comes first!

So she and Poojie went to the designated places after breakfast.

                        ✨✨✨✨

Rohit came home by 6pm but he was hell tired after the emergencies and appointments. He got freshened up and directly landed in the bed to have a sound sleep. But before he slept, he checked if all the arrangements were done perfectly.

Sonakshi and Pooja returned home after some time Rohit slept..

"Wow Bhabhi! Your choice is so good. Totally loved the dresses you bought.." Poojie couldn't stop appreciating her.

"Well that would look very nice on my SIL for sure." Sonakshi replied.

After some time, she went back to her room where she saw Rohit sleeping. She understood that he was tired after a long day.

She took the intercom and called Vimmi to ask if he had something or not. When she was assured that he was sleeping after having something, she went to freshen up and sat down to see Instagram.

With no signs of Rohit getting up from sleep, Sonakshi sighed and went downstairs to have dinner. She was tired a lot and wanted to have a good sleep before her fans started tagging her in birthday posts.

After dinner she came back to the room and slept hugging Rohit.

At 12 a.m.,

Rohit got up and went downstairs to the kitchen to bring a cake for his Sona.

He came to the room quickly and whispered to his Queen who was sleeping, "Happy Birthday My Love…"

With his whispering, Sonakshi's sleep broke and she was startled for a while to realise her doctor surgeon was sitting with a cake in his hand.

"Oh my God Rohit!!!" Sonakshi was surprised.

Rohit then kept the cake on the table and hugged Sonakshi again whispering into her ear, "Many Many Happy Returns of the Day my love. Thank you to the stars who made me meet you, my life partner, my heartbeat, my Sona…" and then captured her lips.

After some minutes, when both were satisfied, Sonakshi broke the silence, "Oh my God Rohit! Thanks for the surprises and wishes. You literally made me sad yesterday by ignoring me...one min.. OmG, it was part of the plan...Rohit!! Thanks for the surprise.."Sonakshi could not control her happiness.

Then they both cut the cake and celebrated in the room. She also put stories in her Instagram for her fans and they slept hugging each other.

                       ✨✨✨✨

At Morning,

As soon as she woke up, she found a chit near her written "Good Morning my love! Go and freshen up quickly!"

She understood it was by Rohit.

She then dashed inside the bathroom and freshened up quickly.

As she went near the cupboard, she found another chit, this time with a gift wrapped written, "Wear me and go downstairs.."

"Doctor surgeon bhi naa..uff.. Let's see what he has planned.."Sonakshi blushed thinking.

She quickly got ready and went downstairs.

As soon as she reached the dining place, everybody wished her together, "Happy Birthday Sona/Sonakshi/Bhabhi!!!"

"Thank you all" She replied and went to Badi Maa,Nareen, Veena, Akash, and Yk to touch their legs.

After that Suman called her and wished her too.

"Bdw Rohit is waiting outside, finish your breakfast and go to him quickly.." Poojie told her.

Sona blushed at the sentence and finished breakfast and went to the parking area to find Rohit sitting on his bike.

"Rohit! Wow! Are we going somewhere?" Sonakshi asked, surprised.

"Yes, my dear wifey, we're going for a long ride today on my bike. Go get in.." Rohit told her.

"OMG!" Then Sona got on the bike and then they went to the outskirts of Mumbai with Rohit driving.

They went to a place and clicked photos. Since the network was slow there, she couldn't tell her fans how she was spending her day.

"Come on Sona! Today at least let us celebrate together, without phone.." Rohit requested her.

"Okay Rohit!" Sona obliged to him and kept her phone inside the bag.

Then they roamed to different places in the outskirts, spent time with each other as they had been missing each other since some days due to their busy schedules.

They clicked pics here and there and also Sona found her fans there too.

After spending a quality day outside, they went to a roadside Dhaba to have some food. At first Rohit was hesitant to have food there but on Sona's assurance and due to cleanliness of the place, they had food there.

After spending some time, they returned back to the city and went to the park where they met each other properly.

At that place, Rohit made sure it was decorated and then he tied Sonakshi with a cloth.

"Rohit, why did you tie my eyes? Please tell me...ouch... where are we  going?" Sona was asking him continuously.

"One min..have patience... here we are.." Rohit opened her eyes.

Sona took some time to adjust the light. After adjusting, she was literally surprised to see the decorations done at that place…

"Rohit wow...I mean... it's really nice...Thank You….I can't express how much I am happy….just falling short of words…" Sona was really excited.

"All for you my love.."Rohit replied and took Sona inside to celebrate her birthday.

After a good amount of time, they went back to Sippy Mansion, where all the family members including Rastogis welcomed Sona with a surprise.

The whole Mansion was decorated beautifully and a beautiful cake was kept for her.

"Happy Birthday Sona/Sonakshi/Bhabhi!!" One by one again wished her.

Rohit then made some gesture to Poojie, and then she came to Sonakshi, "Bhabhi come with me,let me get you dressed for the occasion." With this she took Sonakshi.

Sonakshi was looking ethereal in the dress Rohit chose for her. Rohit felt like an angel was coming towards him, only the word he could manage to utter was "Beautiful".

After that a celebration followed in the Sippy Mansion and then all the family members and Ronakshi went to Akash Chachu's restaurant to celebrate the occasion further. Sonakshi was really happy.

At night,

After the whole day, Sonakshi was replying to all the pending birthday wishes in Instagram and Twitter, of her fans, colleagues and media houses.
She also posted a photo or two of the birthday celebrations and kept others to post afterwards.
Suddenly a hand slipped through her back and she was taken into a back hug by none other than her Doctor Surgeon.

"Rohit!"

"Liked the surprises wifey!" Rohit whispered into her ear.

"Liked! I loved the whole surprise. It was one of the best birthdays of my life." Sonakshi exclaimed in happiness.

"So, I need a return gift too.."Rohit answered pepping butterfly kisses on her neck.

"What do you want in return?" Sonakshi asked him not losing herself into the pleasure she was getting.

"You know what I want," Rohit told her, concentrating more on the neck.

"I don't know what you want.."Sonakshi, playing a bit to him

"You don't know!" Rohit suddenly took her in his arms and went to the bed and made her lie down..

He came dangerously close to her and whispered, "You don't know!"

Sonakshi, gathering all the strength  to not drown into the sea of pleasure, asked him,"Let me know what you want" by tracing his neck with a finger.

Rohit understood that Sona also wanted the same, told, "Let me show" and went further to capture her lips!

  Let us not disturb our love birds.
