Roman listened to Patton telling him off again. He stood there silently, holding back the tears that came from the yelling. He wasn't good enough. He'll never be good enough.

Eventually Patton got bored if yelling at Roman and the Prince earned some new bruises. Oh well, he'll say it's from a quest.

He trudged back to his room and locked the door behind him. Then he laid on his bed and looked at the wall.

Not good enough
You're too lazy
Not good enough
Pathetic
Not good enough

Roman couldn't help but let go of all the pain and emotions he kept hidden. He was never good enough. He never will be good enough.
