The small child ran out of the old cottage and into the woods. They followed their path from the other day and soon came along a small hut with and old lady sitting on the porch. "Welcome young child" the woman spoke haply. "Tell me about the war miss" the child said. The old woman nodded and patted the dark spruce wood beside her. "Take a seat young child" the woman said as the little child took a seat. "It all started when the King of Briar started attacking Whisterian trading ships and stealing goods. King David of Whisteria tried to make a peaceful wager with the King of Briar but the Briar king refused his request and waged war on the peaceful Kingdom Whisteria. The poor king was forced to train his troops and go into battle. During the first battle a Creature wearing a dark grey cloak with seemingly glowing white symbols stitched on to it. They fought with expert skill, not letting their enemy land a blow on them. They seemed to vanish once the Whisterian army had the upper hand. Soon word of this creature spread around the kingdom and this creature was dubbed "The Shadow Warrior" but you already herd that story my child. So back to the war, the king of Briar was angry at this loss and ordered that the first one to bring him the head and cloak of The Shadow Warrior will be rewarded amazingly. After months of war and battle the troops of both armies were tired and over worked. The king of Whisteria was deeply troubled by the war and begged the Briar king to end the war. The Briar king stated that he would not end the war until Whisteria was his." The lady ended her story for the day and smiled. "Come back tomorrow for more!" the lady said as the child ran down the path.
