Appearance:
One of Nathaniel's most prominent traits is the patch of white in his hair due to a condition known as 'Poliosis'. His hair, otherwise is dark brown. Another interesting trait of his is the fact his eyes are silver, bright enough you can kind of see them in the dark.

He's 5'8 by the time he's 18, with a lean figure and long legs. As he grows older, his skin develops what's known as Lichtenberg figures, which are scars in the shape of tree branches (this most commonly appears in the victims of a lightning strike).

By no means is he unattractive, not to the extent of other boys like Jonathan Plisetsky, but he has his share of admirers as well.

Fashion-wise, he grew up wearing both finely tailored suits and looser button-ups. While he tends to lean to Mycroft's way of dress, sometimes an oversized sweater is the way to go.

Background Information:
Nathaniel is one of the many orphaned children of war as a result from the Attack on Sokovia. Any handlers he had prior were either dead or he couldn't remember anymore. For a time he bounced around in England's Foster System until eventually landing in the hands of Greg Lestrade and Mycroft Holmes, where he ended up staying.

Being the son of a Holmes, adopted or otherwise, meant he would be educated to the highest quality. His intelligence isn't inherited, rather by taking in as much as he could growing up. He developed an interest in astronomy and space sciences for a time, as well as biology and history. Eventually, his interests would settle into Philosophy and Psychology respectively. (Don't tell anyone, but Mycroft's a little disappointed his son hadn't followed him into politics).

Around 15 is when things start getting interesting: The weather would begin to change depending on his mood. While there was an attempt to ignore the fact, it would come to slap them in the face with the one time he got so mad on a rainy day that lightning struck a tree nearby. As a result, Nathaniel attempted shutting out his emotions out of fear of letting them go awry again.With Elisabeth's recommendation, he would be sent to the Xavier Institute in New York to help hone his abilities. There, a small truth was revealed: Nathaniel had been one of the last mutant child soldiers made by HYDRA in Sokovia prior to Ultron's attack.

He'd return to England by the time he turned 18, where he'd then enroll into Christ Church, Oxford. Coincidentally, its the same school his cousins Elizabeth and Minerva had also enrolled to, as well as the Alma Mater of his Uncle Arthur and Late Aunt Ethylene.

Personality:
Closed-off is one way to describe Nathaniel. He's been known to be a quiet individual, even long before he came into Greg and Mycroft's care. That being said, he follows the now prevalent trait of being what's called a 'Warm Hearted Holmes'. Despite being rather socially awkward and sometimes hesitant with expressing himself, he's reliable and blunt when necessary. He also exhibits leadership qualities, a trait picked up from both his fathers.

The root of his closed-offness is a subconscious fear of hurting people with his powers. Despite being able to get them under control for the most part, his powers are still connected to his emotions. As a result, he usually tries to bottle up his feelings, thinking it would be better if he did.

Powers/Abilities:
Atmokinesis- Nathaniel has since been classified to have Atmokinesis, or the ability to change the weather. As stated above, his emotions are linked with his powers. For example if he's happy, the weather would by sunny and nice. Anger would make it stormy, etc.

Atmokinesis can be split into 4 subsequent categories:
Thermokinesis (Temperature Manipulation)
Aerokinesis (Air/Wind Manipulation)
Electrokinesis (Electricity/Lightning Manipulation)
Hydrokinesis (Water Manipulation via forms of Precipitation like snow, sleet, rain, clouds and hail)

Out of the 4 categories of Atmokinesis, Nathaniel is strongest with Aerokinesis, the ability to control air/wind. His preferred mode of using this ability is with his umbrella (a gift from Mycroft) to lift him up and transport him to where he needs to go (hence why his nickname of "Male Mary Poppins").

The Science of Deduction- Just like his cousin, Minerva, Nathaniel has been trained to use the Science of Deduction at an early age. As well as intensive memory training, Nathaniel's deduction ability is on parr with the rest of the Holmes Family.

Adept Self Defense Skills- Nathaniel has been trained in various forms of self defense during his time in the Institute, and has continued to practice even when he returned to England.

Trivia:
-The idea of him with wind powers has been a concept I had for him originally, now other abilities have been added.
-Due to the nature of his origins, there's an air of speculation that Nathaniel might have some sort of connection to the Maximoffs. Any truth has yet to come forward.
-He's the perfect heater in the winter months, and a refereshing cool station in the summer. This is due to his thermokinesis subconsciously changing his body temperature to suit his environment
-He once had a puppy crush on his Aunt Molly, a secret he wishes to take to his grave
-As per someone with Atmokinesis, he looks up to Ororo Munroe aka Storm from the X-Men
-one of his favorite foods is Chicken Pot Pie
-When he's mad/snapped, the Lichtenberg figures around his face will glow white, and so do his eyes.
-There's a sword concealed in his umbrella, and he's very adept in using it. He also takes fencing classes.
-A weakness he has is that he really likes animals. The Holmes-Lestrade household has a litter of puppies for pets thanks to him.
-He figured out that the Association of Truth Fund Brats were responsible for the death of Emiko Draskovich quite quickly, but forced himself to keep quiet in the hope that one day the Association would come out with it on their own. (he IS a little mad/disappointed that it took them so long to actually come clean though)
-Speaking of, he didn't know Emiko personally, but he has admitted that she was "rather pretty" and had he wasn't so hesitant to express himself, he would've liked to reach out to her as a friend.
