Neko was outside in the backyard, sitting on her knees at the edge of the pool while looking down at the water. Watching the small ripples in the water. The ripples reflected on her eyes.
She had been really quiet lately. Quieter than usual.

"She's been sitting there ever since she woke up." VN mutters as she watches Neko from inside the mansion through the window.

"...When did she wake up...?" Kai asks.

VN shrugs. "Before I did, so I don't know."

Kai sighs before walking outside, then gently picks Neko up.

Neko squeaks I'm surprised before looking at him confused.

Kai carries her inside, walking over to a nearby couch.

"What are you doing...?" Neko mumbles.

"Taking care of you since you seem to have given up on taking care of yourself. VN told me you woke up before her and have stayed outside, never once getting up to eat or drink. You also haven't been getting much sleep... I can tell." Kai explains, then gently places her on the couch.
