Neko was laying in her room, snuggling into her blankets while shivering. The temperature was back to normal but she still felt extremely cold.

Echo likes to teleport around the mansion for fun, and he liked looking at the different rooms.

"Kitty I think I found a torture chamber- Oh... Your cold...... B-But... I chanced back the temperature..... Should I make it warmer...?"

"N-No the temperature is fine... I- I just think that I have a fever.." Neko says quietly while shivering continuously, nonstop.

Then the sound of two people are heard running up the stairs to Neko's room.

"Ow-!" Came the muffled sound of YL as there was suddenly a large thump sound. VN quickly opened the door and walked in before closing it on YL's face-

YL growled, stopping the door before it could hit him.
He walked into the room as well. Both of them had over heard the conversation from down stairs because- their animal ears hear a lot of things.

Both where panting heavily as if they just raced upstairs- which is probably exactly what happened.

"...." Neko and Echo just looked at them confused.

Then an annoyed Kai walks in, grabs YL by the antlers, and grabs VN by the back of her hoodie before pulling both of them out of Neko's room. After he gets them out if the room, Kai closed the door before walking over to Neko.

He hovered his hand above her forehead, already being able to feel the waves of heat coming off of her.

"We need to lower your temperature.." Kai mumbles quietly. He then turned to look at Echo. Echo walked over before hovering his hand over Neko's forehead as well. Echo blinked a few time before looking at Kai. "Her temperature is at 107... if it gets to 110 then that can cause a human's brain to start rotting..." Echo says quietly. (This is true)

Kai nods his head. "Keep an eye on her... I'm going to get some things to help bring her temperature down." Kai says to Echo before quickly walking out of the room.

He the cake back after a few minutes, holding a bottle of medicine with his mouth because both of his hands where full, holding onto a bowl of cold water with a small rag dipped in it. He had used his tail to keep his balance, meaning his tail wasn't dragging on the ground.

He placed the stuff next to the bed, getting the rag wet in the cold water before squeezing it so it wasn't dripping wet but was still soaked. He then folds the rag neatly before gently placing it on Neko's forehead. The cold water would help with balancing out her bodies temperature. See.. Her body thinks she is cold, which is why her head keeps hearing up. It's the bodies way of trying to fight away the fever while trying to balance out its temperature.

Neko shivers more as she closer her eyes. She had one blanket on her, and she didn't ask for more. Because if she did, then it would only heat up her body which would heat up her head even more. They needed to even out the temperatures.

Kai then has Neko take some medicine.
Afterward, Neko closed her eyes again, her tail curling itself around herself.

Meanwhile, Echo was touching Kai's tail because Echo had never touched something that was fluffy and soft before.
