4: Know when you're going too far.

Even roleplaying can't serve as an excuse once you reach a certain point of  "that's enough."

By "too far", I mean when in the midst of roleplaying. I don't mean the physical health stuff, though it is best to sleep and take breaks well, too (what will happen if something happens to your brain, huh?).

Since it can be difficult to understand what "too far" is in this context, let me use some examples: suppose you are roleplaying as a tsundere. Your tsundere is the kind of person who becomes rude and easily angrily embarrassed (obviously), and how you can go too far while roleplaying as this tsundere is by calling someone by a really offensive term.

It doesn't matter how much you don't mean it. Going far too cross the line puts you into plenty of trouble. ((though admin saying sorry may sometimes save you))

This is just an example, of course. No matter what kind of character you're roleplaying as, it can be easy to majorly mess up if you don't know what counts as "going too far." Of course, how offensive it proves to be tends to depend on the viewers.

How disrespectful it is (usually), however, does not depend on anybody. Don't be too careless.

((Admin: this wasn't too confusing, was it?))
