Humans have evolved in such a way that some people are just Different.

Good Different or Bad Different it doesn't matter.

And from birth many children show immediate signs of being different, and their parents plan accordingly. Many children go to normal schools, blend in and don't talk about them being Different. Many children have just one power, but occasionally you will come upon a child with more than one or multiple abilities.

Differents make up about 5-10% of the world population, and there is backlash and hatred towards Differents, but for the most part they blend well into society. However, many people still hide their identities for safety purposes.

Everyone in this story for the most part lives in Vectum, which is located in the US in modern day San Francisco. Vectum is a busy city which has a downtown has soaring skyscrapers and very cultured streets and such a diverse community, and then you have Old Town, where there are many winding streets and residential areas.

Personality: Reagan is bubbly, she has a lot of friends and she does a lot of after school activities. She's sweet, kind and very selfless. She always wants to help, and is quite gifted. She's more grunge tho, and people sorta dig that so idk. But she has a lot of friends.

Psionic Manipulation which basically means she can do the following:

Telepathy
Telekenisis
Empathic abilities
Astral projection.
She really only has control over the first three.
