Powers: Doesn't have any besides being able to teleport between hell and earth. (Using the centipede implanted on his spinal bones of course :3)

Appearance: 

Usually appears as a human skeleton. Puffs of smoke always wrap around his bones being a physical projection of his aura. When he talks smoke will usually puff out of his mouth.

He has a human form although it'll only shows in dim lighting due to him being a spirit of the night. 

Fluffy straightish poofy red hair with black roots growing in. 
Has a mustache and some chin hair (but no GOAT T MK).
Olive skin-toned.

His skin is very fragile. Dry as sandpaper but gets softer and more human-like with every shadowy room.

Backstory: 

He died from smoking. Before he died he had a normal up bringing from what he can remember. Still alone. Outcasted. Even through adult-hood that was short-lived. He was happy and not at all suicidal despite working on a help-line. Mostly alone he died alone ...

Since he wasn't particular a memorable guy he was forced to be a 'forgotten soul'. And with that he had to meet Elu (E-lue). The savage entity in hell who is a centipede eating the souls of the forgotten and the souls of the binding. The difference is Elok (E-lock) and Elo (E-low) being the same entity they give the chance of salvation to the forgotten. They make a deal so that 'Elu' can devour more souls. That is to become reapers but it takes two to ultimately be gone.

Elo planted a centipede that watches MR.DEAD. And now MR.DEAD bides his time waiting for a person to take to hell so he can get into heaven.

(Elok comes in later if you decide to make ur oc go to hell)

He can be the demon haunting your closet to the demon haunting your bathtub. Unironically he's stuck in the most unconventional areas of your home. He has a human form although it'll only shows in dim lighting due to him being a spirit of the night.

His skin is very fragile.

Mr.DEAD will come around if you smoke Marlboro ciggerates (he died from smoking those). If you die from smoking those he'll accompany you through the underworld and find his next victim where you follow him.

The main focus is to break the binding contract he accidently made when having physical touch with you while you were still alive. 

Both people will have to travel through hell. But 'why' must they break the binding contract? Because their bodies will disintegrate and their souls (heads) will float to the upper pores of hell. Then they'll loose their souls to Elu.

Elu (E-lue) is the savage entity who is a centipede eating the souls of the forgotten and the souls of the binding. The difference is Elok (E-lock) and Elo (E-low)  being the same entity they give the chance of salvation to the forgotten. 

They make a deal so that 'Elu' can devour more souls. That is to become reapers but it takes two to ultimately be gone. When reapers make a 'binding' they unlock the side of Elu Elok. Elok is the side of Elu that owns the 'binding' contracts meaning those souls are Elok's.

No matter where you are on the astral planes your fate is sealed with Elok.
Elo runs the reaper track of hell.

Not only that they'll loose their chance of reaching 'heaven'. 

Hell is infinite.
The creatures of hell are infinite.
