Favoritism is legitimately the worst thing that can ever happen to a Roleplay (this is my personal opinion). I hate it. It's annoying as fúck, and I've actually dropped a few roleplays in the past due to the painfully obvious favoritism that goes on in them.

I lose interest very quickly in a Roleplay when I notice any clear signs of favoritism. I understand that you may adore your best friend's character and all of that bullshít, but what's the point in a public Roleplay if you're only going to involve that specific character in the plotline? Or not give any new people whom join the Roleplay a chance?

Another thing that happens and it's kinda fúcked, is that people (likely the creator) will only involve their character's significant other in major plots and such. Annoying. Annoying. Annoying.

Their opinions are biased and they instantly hate other characters who aren't their favorite, or aren't the friend/or friends of their favorite character.

The sad part is, sometimes it's not even someone else's character. It's another character that same person has created to draw attention to their main character. It makes me want to drink a nice cold glass of bleach. I've had this conversation with -Sicarius- so many times and I've just finally decided to make it public because this is some annoying shít, bro.
