Looks:

Ren is a young man that is around 5'7" Tall. He has tan skin with several scars on his face, neck, and whole body. He has dark hair and usually lazy dark eyes with a pair of glasses on his face. He is usually seen in comfortable clothing like jackets, hoodies, or just loose shirts. He prefers to wear stretchable pants as he dislikes wearing restrictive articles of clothing. Other than these, Ren can be seen wearing stylish, yet casual clothes all the time that covers his torso.

Personality:

Ren is a usually calm, and collected young man that is unpredictable. despite this, he is usually a very simple person that has a minimalistic approach to things. He is also a bit perverted as he will not hesitate to ogle at pictures of hot girls (as long as they are not underage) outside of work. When he is at work, he becomes strictly professional to the point that he will follow all orders he is given without question as long as it does not conflict with his moral code. 

Due to his personality, he is rarely able to have friends. However, those he has befriended will be something like a brother or a sister to him ad they will be very close. He dislikes any form of someone betraying their friends or allies.

He is also socially awkward and his calm personality makes other people think that he does not want anything to do with them even if it is the opposite. When he is alone with a friend, he becomes more open and even more outgoing than usual. 

Likes:

Ren likes listening to music, reading, writing, playing video games, and more. He has a love for nature as his personality makes it easy for him to connect with animals, he always brings his phone with him to take photos of the scenery all around him as well as a sleeping bag. 

Dislikes: 

Ren dislikes arrogant and loud people, Lolicons, child molesters, too much attention, the paparazzi, and more. He usually ignores these kinds of people. He has a dislike of strangers or others trying to go near him as it makes him uncomfortable unless he is close with them or if he initiates contact. 

Others: He has a habit of falling asleep whenever he is near a peaceful place. When he likes you, he will allow you to come near him, even touch him for a few seconds. He doesn't ogle on anyone all the time, but if he does it is either if he is teasing them, likes them, or just bored. 

Backstory:

Not much is known about Ren. He is the first-born of a family of a former pro hero who died on duty. He is currently studying to be a hero. He is known to visit his family whenever he can. He has a hero license that allows him to take on any kind of mission for money.

Name: Active Propagation

Description: 

Active propagation is metamorpphi/emission quirk hybrid that he manifested when he was 10. His quirk allows him to multiply any properties of any inorganic materials and to activate organic materials. 

Propagation allowshim to multiply the properties of any inorganic materials as long as he is in contact with them like extending chains, multiplying the amount of objects on hand while granting the ability to control them.

Activation meanwhile only works on Organic materials by accelerating their cells' recovery rate. It allows him to heal others and himself quickly, granting him a sort of healing power. 

These effects can be combined to form a hybrid quirk. For example, he can activate  a seed's growth while multiplying its root's ability to absorb nutrients, not only in soil but in flesh and blood as well. If he uses this, he can track those infected with it up to 5 kilometers away and the moment they get out of range, the flower will slowly absorb their life force. 

He can overload his body by overloading his cells by activating them to the limit up to the limit. If he does this, he gets exponentially faster, stronger, more durable. After the time is up, he collapses and will not be able to move for a time. His current time limit in this mode is 5 minutes. 

Drawbacks

His quirk uses up his stamina to activate. Activation costs a lot more stamina to use as it hels him and activates his cells. Too much use may lead to Cell being overactive making mutations appear on his body until his cells calm down. 

He needs to eat and rest a lot due to Activation being a passive-active quirk, making his metabolism above average. 

Uncrontrolled activation might lead to one of his arms exploding or an injury. 

Propagation inly works in inanimate objects unless if the organic object is specially made to be able to use propagation on. 

Propagation can only work as long as he is in contact with the object, however, the multiplied objects will still remain.

Propagation, just like Activision part of his wuirk, needs him to be in control of his emotions to avoid it from running haywire.

Hero outfit|: 

His hero outfit is quite simple. He wears a pair of goggles on top of his hair, a capture scarf similar to Aizawa's around his neck. A modified trench coat that can conceal his heat signature as well as being lined up with kevlar, blade-resistant, fire, water, and many more hazard proof. It has many pocket space inside it with several equipment that he uses to help him fight. Inside it, he wears white shirt made up of the same material as his coat with a black tie. He wore a pair of black pants with a pair of belts containing pouches on the hips on the right thigh, behind it is a knife holder and on the waists are a pair of handcuffs as well as other essentials inside the pouches. He wears a pair of combat boots that can allow him to kick off quickly as well as being inlaid with a special durable substance. 

He also has a special mask that he can activate by pressing the back of his ear. When pressed, it will form a mask that has purifying abilities and can be fused with his goggles.
