My body continues to shake violently with the cold. Ash was sitting on the bed next to me, giving company and he was playing babysitter. I was curled in on my side, facing away from him. I didn't want to be here. I was hoping that I had another choice other than to make a deal to get out of here. My teeth chattered and my hands trembled. I was shaking so hard, it hurt. Ash noticed. He climed into the bed and wrapped me in his arms, pressing my back to his stomach. He was sharing what warmth he had and it was working. My shivering grew less and less violent until it finally stopped. I felt tired. Closing my eyes I fell asleep. Wondering if I would end up dying here.
