In a world where the most handsome boy with too much times on their hands entertain girl who also have to much time in their hands.

In a world where three devious sisters make the lives of their teacher suffer immense pain.

But what if they're all combined? This is the story where Mitsudomoe, Fairytail, and Ouran Highschool Host Club all combine in front of the Ouran Academy's host club.

In a empty peach coloured hallway filled with just architectural design, a vase holding a green plant and a door with a sign reading 'Music room three' on top of it was quiet as a feather. Out of no where, blue lights filled the corridors each of them silhouetting a human body. A group full with about 7 people and a smaller group with 3 people suddenly appear. The first group which appeared has people with a weird symbol somewhere on their body as the smaller group consists of pre-teen girls, one confused, one not caring, and one sitting oblivious to the world just reading a book.

"Where are we?" A boy with salmon hair asks.

"I don't know" a blonde with a high pony tail to the right of her head answers.

A girl with long white hair full of curiosity sneaks upon the door with none of her fellow guild member noticing. She slowly creaks a door open. A sweet aurora of food flushed out and around the fluster people. The same boy with pink hair points of his nose to get a large whiff up it. Rose petals swirl out of the door, everyone all of a sudden wondering where the smell came from turn their heads to the door. Everyone was able to peek through even the confuse one of the smaller group while the other two, who seem to be her sisters were still oblivious.

"Hello" a blonde from the other side of the door greets, his hands on a throne like chair which sat inside a boy with brown hair.

"Where are we?" The women who opened the door asks.

"The Ouran host club of course, my name is Tamaki, this is Haruhi" he points to the one in the chair, who response with a wave. "These are the Hitachin twins, Hikaru and Karou" the ginger hair twins give an ear to ear grin. "This is Kyouya" a man with black hair and glasses greets them with a smile, a clipboard held to his side. "This is Mitsukuni and Tamaki, also known as Honey-senpai and Mori-senpai"

"Hello!" The little boy, Honey, with golden hair holding a pink bunny smiles. "Do you want cake?" He asks climbing up onto the other one, a tall firm guy with a poker face staring at the intruders.

People were pushed to the side as a scarlet hair women wearing metal armour imerges. "Did someone say cake?"

"I did!" Came Honey's answer, he lightly grabs the scarlet hair armoured cover arm and drags her away towards a table.

"Erza wait for me!" A man with sapphire blue hair brushes pass everyone as he reaches towards the scarlet haired women named 'Erza'.

He runs to Erza walking along side her with Mori tagging along with his no emotion expression.

"Well, Honey-senpai is already gone" the tall blonde sighs.

"So what brings you here?" Kyouya asks.

The big group people look around murmur and shrug with each other. "Umm, we don't know where we are" the blonde girl answers.

"How could you not know? This is the Ouran Host Club."

"The what?" The pinkette asks.

"Natsu, a host club is where girls or boys pay girls or boys to entertain them" A bluenette wearing a orange dress replies.

"That is correct, and I see that you guys have come here, we don't know if we have any space for the homo sexual gays.

"What the hell we're not gay!" All the men in the group yell.

"BUT ICE PRINCESS IS!!" Natsu screams pushing the half-nude raven hair boy into the open.

"What the hell Tabasco!" He argues.

"I know you're gay stripper, just come out to the world" the pinkette says nodding his head.

"I WILL MURDER YOU FLAMES FOR BRAINS" The raven hair screams putting his fist onto his over hand to represent rock on paper. Wind with small crystal snow dances around his hand.

"BRING IT ON POPSICLE" Natsu yells fire emitting from his hand.

Both men lift up their fist and ran to each other fighting about. A commotion begins as so almost everyone joins the fight creating a giant mess inside the fancy host club room.

All of a sudden, Erza who wasn't included in the fight stood up. She walks to the group fight and summons swords which aims straight into the middle where the calamity creator fought.

"Natsu, Gray, enough!" She orders.

Everyone stops to look at the mighty Titania with a dark aurora surrounding her. They each sweat-drop as they watch Natsu and Gray still battle unaware of the she-devil's outburst.

She ends the battle quickly by grabbing the boy's ears and clash their heads together creating a giant bruise on their head.

"Wow you guys have magic?" A pair of majestic purple eyes stare at the group of people.

"It seems they do, but I don't understand how" Kyouya says.

"Ha, ha, ha" a girl's voice echoes loudly through the room.

"AHHH THERE'S A GHOST HERE" The blonde girl screams holding her ears, scared of a mysterious voice that no one can see.

The ground below shifts into a stage cylinder. On top stands a lady with beige hair braided to her side. She wore a yellow dress with a pink ribbon on her head and at her collarbone.

"Oh no" the twins murmur.

"As you can see, three of our anime world has collided! The Fairytail anime and the Mitsudomoe anime has entered our world for some unknown reason. Probably our creators doing" she explains.

"But Rengade, who is our creator?" Tamaki asks.

Rengade ignored him as she contiues "I believe it is that Fairytail, and Mitsudomoe have a mission to complete before they can return to their world. Ha, ha, ha, ha" she evilly laughs again before she submerges back into the ground.

"What if our mission is to play truth or dare?" The long white haired girl asks.

Immediately everyone from Fairytail who stumble upon a different world quickly shake their heads. "No!" Each of them say.

The lady tears up a little bit as she looks at each of them.

"I'll play" the blonde wearing a uniform winks.

"This will be interesting" Kyouya smirks pushing up his glasses

"Will there be cake involved?" The little shota boy asks hugging his pink stuff bunny.

"Mitsukuni don't" expressionless Takashi warns.

"Sure-" One of the Hitachin twins began

"Why not?" The other finishes.

"I have a bad feeling about this" Haruhi mumbles wth his deep girly voice.

"I'd rather not" One of the girls from Mitsudomoe says before resuming to the book she's reading.

"I wanna play!" The sister of the one reading the book volunteers as she makes monkey noises.

"Yay! More people! Let's play everyone" the white haired girl devilishly smirks which is disguised with a cheerful smile.

"No Mira" Fairytail all groan.

"You become my dog!" The oldest sister of Mitsudomoe who had light brown hair and a bossy voice orders, pointing to a small raven haired boy with a vest to show his abs and his guild mark.

"Please excuse my sister, she only spouts nonsense" the youngest of the sisters say not bothering to look up from her decaying book cover.

"Shut up!" The oldest angrily shouts "You don't know anything about me Hitoha!"

"Looks like the beginning of a rough relationship" Kyouya chuckles pushing up his glasses, motioning the boy and the oldest a tough couple.

"Nicely said" Hikaru and Kaoru comment in unison with their elbows on a uncaring Kyouya.

"Do you think so my little girl?" Tamaki asks looking at Haruhi.

"WAIT HE'S A GIRL" salmon hair shouts.

"They do look kinda cute together" Haruhi replies.

A girl with long blue hair who seems to be the same age of the boy from the rough relationship cries aloud and runs out the door.

"Wendy wait!" The boy yells running after her.

"Oh god he knows!" Hikaru yells to his brother Kaoru ignoring the runaway girl. They give each other a nod before they got the salmon hair into ones arm and the other held a bat. "TIME TO CAUSE AMNESIA. 3... 2..."

"Natsu!" A blonde girl yells running to him.

"1!" Hikaru clonks him right in the forehead and Kaoru drops him to the ground.

"Woops" they both shrug walking away like nothing happened.

"Nice reaction" oldest says talking about the Wendy incident "I should make her my pe-"

"Futaba brought back the girl" Hitoha interrupts continuing to read her book.

"Mi-chan catch!" Futaba yells.

"Wait I can't!" But she was too late, Futaba already send a screaming bluenette child her way.

Wendy's admirer quickly catches her in his arm.

"Rowen process 10%," Mira says taking out a small notebook and writing into it "now they need to kiss, go on a date, get married, and have 300 babies" she drools.

"Ummm"

"Ooh~"

~300 babies?"

"Kaoru we must inspire them"

"With cake?" Honey-senpai asks.

"No Mitsukuni" Buzz killing Takashi says.

"FUTABA YOU IDIOT!" Oldest screams.

"Are you okay?" Futaba asks looking at the girl in the boys arm.

"Yeah" she shyly whispers.

"What about me?! Ugh!" Oldest cries, as she mysteriously appears sitting on the ground.

"Mi you wanna climb a tree?" Futaba asks out of the blue.

"That's now what I sa-" oldest starts but then gets thrown out of the window.

"Good job Futaba, all interruptions are now gone" Hitoha says not bothering to look up from her book.

Silence fill the room, only thing was heard was a fainted screaming voice from out the window. "So why am I here?" A sapphire haired man with a red tattoo under and over his right eye and wore a black cloak asks.

"Surprise!" Mira randomly says, even though they're all sure she doesn't know.

"Yeah, what are we doing here?" Blonde asks.

"Will there be fish?" A blue cat with a green backpack asks.

"Look-"

"-it's a talking cat"

"You're here to entertain Erza" Tamaki winks at sapphire head.

He blushes loudly as he tries to cover his scarlet face with his hand.

"Do you guys want tea?" Takashi asks out of the blue.

"I'll go get tea" Haruhi adds even though no one said a thing.

"Can we go home now" Hitoha says standing up, and holding her book in her right hand.

"What is this?! Who are these people Futaba?!" A fat man asks, probably the father of the girls.

"But I wanna stay.." Futaba whines completely ignoring her Father.

"YOU ARE ALL STAYING" Mira growls "Except for you" her voice gets softer as she points to a shocked fat man. "Don't worry though, we're having a sleep over. I'll take care of them so don't worry" she lies.

The Hitachin twins, Hikaru and Karou lean on either side of the white haired girl's shoulder and say in unison "yeah, she'll take care of us"

"Kyaaaa~" Mira fan girls looking at the twins at her side.

"You guys are the first to talk to me without thinking I'm suspicious" The fat father says a tear escaping his eye.

"I bet they think you're plenty suspicious already" his youngest daughter states ruining his happy mood.

"No way!" He cries running out the pink door, leaving everyone in silence.

"So what should we do now?" The twins asks shrugging.

Kyouya pushes up his glasses and smirks "shouldn't we start the game?"

"Yes!" Tamaki exclaims "Haruhi! Truth or Dare"

"Dare" Haruhi replies, but little did she know that it was a very bad mistake...

"I dare you to kiss me!" He winks seductively at her before putting his lips.

"No!" Hikaru interrupts "Don't~" his words turns into muffles as his brother covers it.

"Just let it happen" Karou whispers into his ears before letting go.

"No Tamaki-senpai" She quickly declines turning her head to look away from the puppy dog eyes, Tamaki was giving.

"Mira-san!" Futaba calls "Truth or Dare?"

The long white haired girl smiles brightly "Dare"

"Hug the hulk over there!" Futaba points towards a bulky blonde guy leaning against the wall with his eyes closed.

Mira silently blushes as she walks over to hulk, he opens one of his eyes to look at the her before he too blushes. She opens her arms and embraces it around his muscular body, as he awkwardly wraps his own arms around her.

"Takashi-senpai! Look at how cute they look!" Honey-senpai exclaims, hugging his pink bunny close to him while admiring the cute but awkward for the huggers.

"Yes" Mori-senpai agrees nodding his head, making a louder blush from Mira and hulk.

"Hitoha, why don't you go too!" Futaba asks look at her bored sister.

"uh, Truth or Dare Blondie" she says looking at Tamaki.

"Truth!" He confidentially answers.

"How many pictures of young little girls do you have?" She asks then adds "You pedo"

"I'm not a pedo" he protests pointing an accusing finger at her.

"Boss, you know-

"-it's not good to lie" the twins shrug, making their boss crouch in a corner, dark roams into the bright lit corner turning it dim and gloomy.

Tamaki starts to grow little mushroom in the corner as everyone except for the host think 'how the hell can you grow mushroom without soil?! And in a building!?'

"Our turn-"

"-blue haired girl" One of the twins say towards a blue haired girl with curly hair and wearing a black gown with a matching hat.

"Truth-"

"- or dare?"

"D-dare" the bluenette stutters.

"We dare you-"

"-to confess you love-"

"-to everyone here" Hikaru finishes.

The poor girl looks like she was about to explode with the humungous blush crawls on her face. "J-Juvia, l-loves Gr-Gray-sama!!" She stammers before running away to hide in embarrassment.

The ice stripper who turns out to be named Gay, I mean Gray blushes lightly at her confession.

"J-Juvia picks... Hitoha. Truth or dare?" Juvia asks talking in third person view.

"Truth" the youngest daughter answers.

"How many of 'those' books have you read?" She questions nodding to the book held between her shoulder and side.

"111,111,169" she answers, which made Juvia stare at her weirdly.

"Truth or dare pinky!" Futaba yells going again.

"Dare! 'Cause I'm not a chicken!" 'Pinky' replies.

"Please bring me a cow as a sacrifice" she grunts.

"Roasted steak" pinky licks his lips day dreaming about whatever. He brings her a cow, then burns it in which the burnt cow magically turns into a medium well steak. Then gobbles it up right in front of her.

"You little~" Hitoha whispers then curses.

In the distance- "Come on Haruhi you have to do the dare!" He says chasing after a pasting Haruhi.

"No Tamaki-senpai!"

"Haruhi!" Natsu yells pointing to the marching brown haired crossdresser being stalked by a blonde 'who says he's not a pedo' pedo.

Haruhi suddenly stops to make the blonde bump into her, "yes? Oh umm, dare"

Tamaki slumps over to Kyouya and cries "Mama" before he starts to whine like a baby.

"Play pocky with him!" Natsu answers pointing to Tamaki....

"Oh no" she murmurs as blonde pedo cheers and pats pinky's back.

He takes out a pocky, puts it in his mouth and holds Haruhi's face. "Is this like fancy tuna sticks or something?" Haruhi asks pointing to the stick covered with pink. Tamaki lets go of her face and puts on a 'what the heck' face.

"Close you eyes Haruhi" Natsu instructs, then whispers encouraging Tamaki "When she closes her eyes, do it!"

Tamaki nods his head, as Haruhi closes her eyes. He forcefully shoves the pocky which is still in his mouth into the girl's mouth. He didn't have enough courage as he ends up breaking the pocky himself while his face turns a cherry red.

"You guys have to do it again until you both can play it properly! You guys won't leave until then!" Natsu threatens.

"Fine" Tamaki whimpers before blushing again and puts another pocky into his mouth. Haruhi who was oblivious and was munching on 'fancy tuna fish' kept her eyes closed.

He covers his half of the pocky with his mouth and pushes her half into Haruhi's half, their lips touched for a about a second before her eyes springs open and her face turns red. Tamaki who was quiet embarrassed bit down ending the moment.

"There!" He shyly says before running away, Haruhi touches her lips while staring at the direction he ran away.

"Ne, ne, can we play hide and seek now? I wanna be it! I wanna throw people!" Futaba dances.

"That's not how you play but sure" her sister replies not wanting to continue the stupid game.

"Let's continue to play truth or dare" Kyouya suggests. "So Futaba... Truth or dare?"

"Dare!" Futaba yells in excitement.

"I dare you to have a match against Honey-senpai" he smirks.

"What?" The little blonde boy asks as he places down the fork in his hand, his body guard, or friend looks like he was having a mental break down.

"BRING IT ON" Futaba challenges going super saiyan.

"Futaba not too loud, I'm watching Gachi Rangers" Hitoha scolds as she is now in front of a random t.v which plays Gachi Rangers, which is about people dressed up in a onesie and battle bad guys.

Honey-senpai and Futaba stood from either side of a mattress as Mori-senpai nervously stood wearing a white komodo. He raise his hand and brought it down to look like he cut something with his bare hand, the signal for the match to start. The fight was intense but then the girl stops "You're so cool!" She comments. "Ne, ne, let's play tag!"

"Mitsukuni wins. His opponent has forfeit the battle" Takashi says with his not-anymore-nervous face.

"I'm going to reward myself.." Honey-senpai pause as his face turns derpy (-3-) "...with cake" he walks towards a table and picks up his pink bunny, sits down and a wild cake appears.

"I want cake too!" Erza blurts walking towards the cake table and seating herself down.

"Me too!" Futaba says dancing towards the table. "If Mitsuba was" she says indicating her sister "she'd eat it all"

"She's a pig like that" Hitoha adds.

"Well anyways, let's continue" Mira claps her hand.

A blonde girl smirks "Haruhi~" she coos "truth or dare?"

"Why am I always picked? Truth!" Haruhi answers.

"Gomen" Blondie apologizes and bows "what do you think of the twins as?"

"Family!" She smiles brightly in reply.

"Family zoned" one of the twins, possibly Hikaru sighs.

"It's okay" his brother assures patting his back.

"Nice answer" the Blondie winks while putting her thumbs up.
