Looks: Videns stands at 6'1 with a cat-like build; lithe but powerful and graceful. His hair is mostly brown, but due to his altered genetics theres speckles of lighter and darker brown, and even black and white. His skin is on the darker side of fair and marked with barely noticeable freckles. His eyes are a striking lime green with cat like pupils, which allows him to see very well in dimly lit areas. His ears are flat and somewhat elongated like that of a cat as well, giving him better hearing than a human. He has one regular arm, while his left arm completely mechanical up to his shoulder.

Personality: Videns' genetics seems to go beyond enhanced abilities- it seems to have affected his personality as well. Often seen as lazy and relaxed, he is much more active at nighttime rather than during the day. He's often affectionate and seeking attention from those he holds close, though he also enjoys annoying his family and friends in minor ways.

History: Videns was signed up at a young age to be a part of a genetic testing program for his government (200 years in the future from the current date) and was chosen out of 100 young children. Through a series of testing -none of which were hurtful or in any way uncomfortable- he was injected with Serval cat DNA. As he grew his body enhanced with night vision, greater senses and reflexes, and increased strength. But there were unknown side effects which caused him to have his arm amputated, where they injected the DNA. He has no recollection of what really happened due to his young age and most likely repressed memories. When he was around 10 or so, his mother was unfortunately killed in a building collapse and effectively orphaned since his father hadn't been in the picture for ages. Phantom ended up taking him in and caring for him like he was her own son until he was old enough to join the armed forces, where he now remains.

Abilities: Videns has excellent night vision, though not as good as the Drow elves. He has enhanced hearing and smell, though sadly his sense of taste is dulled. He can jump much higher than an average human and is unnaturally flexible, with almost elven levels of grace. He can summon an energy shield from his arm that covers his entire body, his arm also having cat like retractable metal claws that are easily over an inch long and can do some serious damage.

Strengths: Videns is usually silent on his feet and has enhanced senses, giving him an advantage at night. He's a well rounded fighter, able to fight with melee weapons, guns of all sorts, and is even good with hand to hand combat.

Weaknesses: Videns is still young and somewhat overconfident, not really an expert in any form of fighting and is prone to making mistakes under prolonged pressure.

Likes: He enjoys being outside in the sun, and being outside in general. He loves relaxing at home, eating and watching tv despite his dulled sense of taste. His favorite food is, of course, fish.

Dislikes: He's not really a fan of swimming but he'll go swimming if his friends are (Phantom rubbed off on him there). He also doesn't like the be woken up, it doesn't matter who by.
