So, Shine is the OC I use in my Ask or Dare the AU sanses book. She has blue eyes (not brown like in the gif) and a pink ear ribbon.
    She is the underswap version of Thunder and has a bit of a crush on Ink, but not too big.
    She appears to be innocent, but is actually the most perverted AU version of Thunder. Even the underlust version of thunder is more innocent.
   She also calls thunder her "pika sister".
   Anyway, without further adue, onto the theme...

   Ok, so this was just a pikachu song, however, it does fit Shines personality. This song has a rhythm that reflects one of the things Shine enjoys doing. Dancing.
   What makes her different from the dancetale version of thunder, is that dancetale thunder or Wind, her nickname, is a geisha dancer. That means she basically utilizes a specific type of dance while shine likes to do all types of dance.
