Roisin Rufflefluff
Do you believe in sock monsters?
Of them, most of us, do think?
But I know where lives the real culprit
Hiding out under my kitchen sink
She has red hair and freckles
And in the summer loves to sing
She's really a very sweet girl
Trouble is, she steals everything
She's had jewellery and coins
Amongst other stuff
She takes shiny things, broken things
And things covered in fluff
My sink is now overcrowded
With shiny buttons and piles of keys
There's a toothbrush without bristles
And what looks like Parmesan cheese
"What about our socks?" you say
Well she hoards them to rest her head
See they're just the right size to sleep in
So make duvets on top of her bed
