Nightmares
Bleh this is really short but (hopefully) it will come into play more sooner or later

Berk.
He watched his old village come closer, and the more he wanted to get away.
He was an outcast there, a misfit, Hiccup the Useless.
He watched himself go up the ramps from the docks to the main square, and saw all the villagers and Vikings pretend he didn't exist.
He could name every single Viking there, but not remember anything about them.
Damn amnesia again.
He wandered to the forge, the only place he felt at home immersed in the fire and heat and banging of metal. Gobber was there, just as he always was. The one armed, one legged blacksmith looked up and frowned.
"What are YOU doin' here, useless?" he spat, annoyance radiating off him like a wildfire. "Don't you know you ain't welcome here? Go back to where ye belong, dragon lover."
Hiccup turned tail and ran as fast as he could out of town and to the cove.
Toothless was there, and as soon as he laid eyes on Hiccup he started growling.
"I thought I told you to leave me alone!" the Night Fury roared. He held up his tail, that only had half its tail fin, and narrowed his eyes that had fires of fury raging within.
"Haven't you done enough, dragon killer?!" the dragon shot a plasma blast, and Hiccup scrambled up out of the cove pass and kept running.
He was scared, he was hurt, and he wanted to escape.
Was that really how Toothless, and Gobber, his old mentor, thought of him?
"Hey!" Hiccup fell on his face, surprised when he almost got hit by an axe.
The girl throwing the axe grabbed him by his shirt and lifted him up, before taking one look at him and throwing him back onto the packed and scarred earth.
"Ugh, should have known." Astrid spat, sighing.
"Can't do anything right."
"Useless"
"Weirdo"
"Wimp"
Her voice started echoing into many different insults, things Hiccup had been called in his worthless life.
Suddenly they all came back into one. "How do you always get in the way? Are you TRYING to get yourself killed? You're going to end up getting hurt, Hiccup." she paused and looked at her axe that was in her hand.
"If that's what you're doing, then I'll do you a favor."
Hiccup was about to ask what she was talking about, but that quickly turned to horror when Astrid swung her axe around over her head, and he heard the solid thunk of the axe going through his chest as he woke up with a jolt.
