Alistair picked up the note. He started to read it.
'I can't help you, Oscar, even if I wanted to. I have a newborn daughter, my husband. We own a business! I can't leave my family behind to chase the Wicked Witch of the West!'
He noticed the note was written in Hatter's old wife's handwriting. It was addressed days after Maddie was born, and days before her death.
"Alistair, what are you doing in here?"
"Uh, nothing sir," he lied. Hatter grabbed the note. Hatter read it.
"Oh dear....... your mother has herself in trouble," Hatter told him.
"What do you mean?" He asked Hatter. He was confused.
"Oz was taken over by the Wicked Witch of The West years ago. Oscar, or the Wizard of Oz, was trapped in Wonderland, since she banned him from Oz," Hatter started to explain.
"I have to leave," Alistair said, running out after stealing the letter. He ran to his treehouse in the Enchanted Forest. Alistair laid out everything and read every book, every letter, every item he could get his hands on. Everyone but Hatter had been lying to him. His head shot up. He needed two magic beans. One to get Oscar allowed back in Oz, and another to get to Oz. He put everything in his bag, and then a book called 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland', which was his mother's story. It was time to save Oscar, his mother, and possibly Oz. He needed help though, so he texted Raven, Apple, Faybelle, Lizzie, Maddie, and Sparrow to come to the Wonderland portal immdialately.
