Your POV
I look over to see rocket place a drawing over a broken monitor.
Me: shouldn't we fix that
Rocket: naw, adds something to this old rust bucket, plus gives us something to look forward to
I look at it and it's me, him, and groot in the new ship. Rocket looks like he's shooting a gun, groot looks happy and he has leafs. And me, I look like I'm hugging rocket and what looks like a heart above us.
Me: hey what's that?
I point above the drawn version of us. He looks at it, jumps in realization and tries to cover it up.
Rocket: n-n- nothing!! It's nothing.
Me: sure
Groot then walks in from behind us.
Me: well guys, since we need a ton of credits for our new ship and have zilch, we're gonna have to actually work for this.
I hear rocket press a button, I look over to see him pull up the bounty list.
Rocket: well let's check the outstanding bounties.
He swipes
"Too monstrous"
"Too deadly"
"Too ugly"
"Too dangerous for (y/n)"
Me: rocket i get shocked one time
Rocket: still not risking it babe
He then slides across a cute cat photo and was about to slide but I grab his paw to stop him.
Me: wait
Rocket: what?
I slide it back to look at the cat and it was adorable.
Me and groot: Awwww!!!
Me: it's cute, it's cuddly, and it's worth a million credits!!
Rocket was just crossing his arms and grumbling under his breath.
Rocket: I can be cute.
Me: ok guys, this bounty's gonna be a piece of cake.
Rocket: ya know what, sure what could go wrong.
Groot: I am groot

A quick fly later

We were now on this weird planet. Everything was so fuzzy and colorful. I like cute stuff sure, but this is sickening. I landed the ship and me, rocket, and groot went out to explore and find the bounty.
Groot: I am groot. I am groot. I am groot.
I look at him to see him chasing a glowing green bug.
Rocket: this planet is soft and colorful and cute, like (y/n).
Me: that's an insult, cause this place is making me krutackin' sick.
I start looking around more frantically wanting to get off this planet. I fell something softly land on my head. I bend my ears and grab it off my head, it was a flower. I look where it came from and I see rocket on a tree branch dropping more flowers around and over me. Another one drops on my face and I just shake it off and twitch my ears and nose. Rocket still hasn't figured out that when I do that it means I'm blushing, but groot did. So I just shoot the branch he was laying on, and soon enough he fell. As he looks up I notice he's smiling.
Me: what?
Rocket: I love it when you do that.
Me: shoot at you?
Rocket: no the thing you do with your ears, it's honestly adorable.
Me: shut your mouth before I take these flowers you love so much and shove them down your throat.
I walk away to look at another part of this place.
Rocket: I love you too
Me where the flarg is this little fur ball? Hello???
I look around then I look down.
Rocket: you good?
Me: eh, nothing. This is like trying to find a gumdrop in a candy store.
I kick a log looking thing In frustration and it starts moving.
Me: what the..
I look behind me to see a giant version of the bounty we were here for. I feel rocket pull me and him behind groot as we look at it.
Groot: I am groot
Rocket: yeah, he doesn't look like his profile pic.
Me: do they ever though? And we're gonna need bigger guns.
I hear something fire up beside me. I turn to see rocket firing a big yellow gun.
Rocket: here, kitty, kitty.
Then he shoots the laser at it but only goes through to the antenna on his head.
Me: what now genius.
Rocket: I don't know that normally works.
The cat thing opens his mouth and it looked like a bucket full of nightmare fuel.
All three: ahhh!! I AM GROOT!!!!!
Me and rocket were just hanging on for dear life on each of groots shoulders as he ran towards the ship. Once there rocket kept pressing the button to close hanger. It closed and I ran to the controls to get the ship off this planet. I hear rocket and groot behind me watching. Once off the planet we just sit there in silence.
Groot: I am
Me: no no
Rocket: shh, don't speak
