I was sitting at the controls of the ship looking more closely at the drawing rocket had made. It strangely did make things more nice around here. I didn't really mind the heart above me and rocket though, cause it's honestly cute. I then lean back enjoying the picture and just visualizing the ship.
Me: so beautiful
Rocket: yep beautiful
I then over and see him staring at me then give a little wink. My nose just starts twitching then my ears. I look away not wanting to answer him on that.
Me: ya, well we're not gonna get that ship by just dreaming about it.
I turn the seat to face the wheel and radar.
Me: it's time to start aiming to higher scores boys, bounty on this guy is 500,000 credits.
I put the ship in full speed following the location.
Me: That new ship will be mine!!
Groot and rocket: I Am Groot! Woah!!
Time skip to targets restaurant
Me: All right, get in the restaurant, nab this guy without any fuss, and be on our way.
I walk backwards to get my point across and the both nod at my words clear to what we were about to do. Then I hear a throat clearing behind, I turn around to see a really proper blue alien wearing a black tux to match his job and attitude.
Me: Hey we have someone to meet in there
Groot: I Am Groot
Rocket: what she said.
The guy then starts leaning down and looking me in the eyes.
Blue guy: I could never permit someone with such rugged sense of clothing choose to enter this establishment.
I then fold my ears back and look at my clothes. Then I look back at the guy.
Me: sorry I've never worn a dress and that doesn't mean I'm gonna start now!!!
I then pull out my two pistols I keep at my belt. Out of the corner of my eye I look to see rocket and groot looking at each other with wide eyes. I didn't really care so I hopped on the little counter thing( I always forget what their called).
Me: I'll show you some lady like behavior you stuffed  shirT-
I then pull my scruff being yanked and my pistols fall out my grip. I look to see groot had snatched me and is still carrying me out and rocket grabbing my pistols.
Me: Groot, put me down!!!

Later to on the ship
Rocket Pov

I decided to keep out and look at the cameras on the ship in case (y/n) booked it. Groot had to take her dress shopping and now he just had to try and put the dress on her. I then hear something from the room where groot and (y/n) are and see them enter with the dress in the bag in groot's hand as (y/n)'s tail was in the other. She was also in a one piece bathing suit. How I'm not surprised is she always wears that under her clothes, don't know why she just says she feels comfortable with that underneath.
Y/n- no groot I'm not getting in that thing!
Groot pulls out the dress and started to try and lift her arms.
Y/n- Hey!Hey!
-glitch-
(Y/n) starts running to the other side of the room while groot's trying to get ahold of her.
Y/n- stop it!
-glitch-
Groot's holding on to (y/n)'s scruff while trying to get the dress over her head but she kept trying to scratch at it.
-glitch-
(Y/n) got out of groot's grip and is now running in circles while groot's running after her with the dress clutched in his fist.
Y/n- Don't touch me!!!
-glitch-
Somehow (y/n) ended up above groot and kicked him to the ground.
-glitch-
(Y/n) ran side to side to avoid groot's hands the dress now on his shoulder.
Y/n- woah! Woah!!
-glitch-
(Y/n) got one of her pistols out of nowhere, and shot groot over the shoulder. Missing on purpose of not really wanting to shot him because of something this stupid.

Again with groot chasing (y/n) around the room and trying to snatch her.
Y/n- Not getting in that thing!!!!
-glitch-
As last resort (y/n) lunged for the camera in the room and holding on with all her might while groot is trying to pull her off of it. The camera glitches and before it went dark on the screen I hear (y/n) yell one last time.
Y/n- Ahhhh!!
Time skip again
Back to your POV

I honestly hate my life right about now. Not only was I forced to wear this thing but these shoes as well. Plus makeup, I'm didn't think I would need it but groot said it's better to be safe then sorry. Rocket didn't really say anything about it, he just looked like someone shot him with a couple stun bullets. Soon enough we're back at the front of the restaurant with the blue guy looking down at me with a raised brow. At that point I just wanted to get this stuff off and get this over with.
Me: I put on a dress, uncomfortable shoes and practically drowned myself in makeup to get in to your stupid restaurant, let us in!!
Blue guy: my dear I was not speaking of your appearance.
I then widened my eyes.
Blue guy: I was referring to his
The guy then starts to point at groot. I look at groot in shock and mouth hanging.
Groot: I Am Groot??
Blue guy: Imagine, an unpruned topiary in this establishment. Not now, not ever.
I then start glaring at groot and rocket. I got in all this for nothing! It was supposed to be groot!
Groot: I am groot
Rocket: 'chuckles' now babe let's not do something you might regret.
I start to walk towards them as they kept backing up. As I kept glaring at them I could feel some fur on my head start to prick up as I barred my sharp rows of teeth.
Time skip to ship
Rocket and groot sat silently in chairs with white clothes over their chests.
Groot: I am groot.
Rocket: I don't know bud, and I honestly think this isn't worth the credits anymore.
I then start to come towards them with a chain saw in one paw and a spray can of black paint in the other. I place the can down and Rev up the chainsaw.
Me: Oh, I'll tell you guys when it's short enough!
They then look at me with horror and start to get up and run as I chased after them with it.
Me: hahaha!
Groot: I am Groot!!!
Rocket: Run!!!
Let's just say after all that we got the guy and now we have 500,000 credits in our current balance. Lesson of the day, you come near me with a dress and you die.

Sorry I haven't been writing a lot, there's been a lot of online classes with covid 19 going around. But I'm trying the best I can with writing and trying to get free time with out extra work popping up. I hope you enjoyed this chapter, hope your in good health, bye ❤️
